Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi pembelajaran matematika yang bersifat abstrak serta kurangnya penggunaan media pembelajaran yang mengakibatkan ketertarikan siswa cenderung kurang disaat pembelajaran. Karakteristik siswa kelas III SD yang berada pada tahap operasional konkret memerlukan pembelajaran secara konkret dan penggunaan media pembelajaran yang sederhana, menarik sehingga hal tersebut tertuang dalam media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi Unity berbasis Augmented Reality. Media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi Unity berbasis Augmented Reality berisikan mengenai materi bangun datar dengan visualisasi yang membuat siswa tertarik dalam mempelajari bangun datar. Peneliti bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan oleh guru maupun peserta didik dalam pembelajaran bangun datar dengan menggunakan metode ADDIE. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di salah satu sekolah dasar yang bertempat di Kabupaten Sumedang, Jawa Barat. Hasil penelitian pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi Unity berbasis Augmented Reality pada materi bangun datar menunjukan layak untuk digunakan pada saat pembelajaran. Penilaian dari ahli media pada media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi Unity berbasis Augmented Reality mendapatkan 100%, penilaian ahli materi 100%, Sehingga media pembelajaran pocket book mendapatkan kategori “Sangat Layak”. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian test hasil belajar siswa peserta didik mendapatkan rata-rata 81,2 sehingga mendapatkan kategori “Sangat Baik”. ----------- This research is motivated by abstract mathematics learning and the lack of use of learning media which results in students' lack of interest when learning. The characteristics of third grade elementary school students who are at the concrete operational stage require concrete learning and the use of simple, interesting learning media so that this is stated in the Unity application-based learning media based on Augmented Reality. Unity application-based learning media based on Augmented Reality contains material about flat shapes with visualizations that make students interested in studying flat shapes. Researchers aim to develop learning media that can be used by teachers and students in learning flat shapes using the ADDIE method. This research was carried out in one of the elementary schools located in Sumedang Regency, West Java. The results of research on the development of learning media based on the Unity application based on Augmented Reality on flat material show that it is suitable for use during learning. The assessment from media experts on learning media based on the Augmented Reality-based Unity application received 100%, the material expert's assessment was 100%, so that the pocket book learning media received the "Very Eligible" category. Based on the results of the research test, students' learning outcomes obtained an average of 81.2, thus getting the "Very Good" category.
