Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dari Intensitas penggunaan smartphone untuk bermain game online dengan kebugaran jasmani siswa .Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2023/2024 di SMAN 24 Bandung. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah korelasional yaitu penelitian yang dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara dua atau beberapa variabel.Populasi adalah 270 siswa kelas XI SMAN 24 Bandung dan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Purposive sampling yaitu teknik menentukan sampel dimana peneliti menentukan pengambilan sampel dengan cara menetapkan ciri ciri khusus yang sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian sejumlah 25 siswa. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket dengan menggunakan skala likert yang mengukur hubungan dua variablel dalam penelitian. Analisis data menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dan analisis data, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel independen (Intensitas penggunaan smartphone untuk bermain game online) memiliki hubungan yang lemah dan negatif dengan variable dependen (kebugaran jasmani siswa kelas XI ) sesuai tabel interpretasi koefisien korelasi nilai r atau nilai pearson product moment dalam uji korelasi pearson product moment. This research aims to determine the relationship between the intensity of smartphone use for playing online games and students' physical fitness. This research was carried out in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 academic year at SMAN 24 Bandung. The research method.used.was correlational, namely research intended to determine whether. t here is a relationship between.two or several variables.The population was 270 class speci al characteristics that are in accordance with the research objectives of..25 students .The research instrument used is a questionnaire using scale likert which measure s the.relationship two variables in research. Data analysis uses the SPSS version 25 program. Based on the results of data processing and analysis data, it can be concluded that the independent variable (intensity of smartphone use for playing online games) has a weak and negative relationship with the dependent variable (physical fitness of class moments).
