Abstract
Latihan life kinetik merupakan gabungan aktivitas motorik, tantangan kognitif, dan pelatihan persepsi visual. Metode latihan life kinetik bertujuan untuk merangsang otak agar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan fokus, berpikir, multitasking, mengingat, dan mengatasi stress. Selain itu juga, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah latihan life kinetik dapat meningkatkan konsentrasi belajar pada keterampilan gerak dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian True Ekperimental Design Pretest-Posttest Control Grup Design. Penelitian ini dilaksankaan di SDN 032 Tilil Kota Bandung dengan subjek penelitian melibatkan siswa-siswi kelas IV yang berjumlah 88 orang dan sampel sebanyak 24 orang kelompok ekperimen dan 24 orang kelompok kontrol jadi total sampel yang digunakan yaitu 48 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Concentration Grid Test (CGT) dan Test Of Gross Motor Development-2 (TGMD-2). Analisis data menggunakan uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas shaporo-wilk, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis Paired Sample T-Test dan Independent Sample T-Test. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa latihan life kinetik maupun latihan konvensional dapat meningkatkan konsentrasi belajar pada keterampilan gerak dasar, dengan hasil yang signifikan antara hasil tes konsentrasi dan keterampilan gerak dasar sebelum dan sesudah latihan. Oleh karena itu, latihan life kinetik yang dikombinasikan dengan permainan dapat menjadi alternatif yang efektif untuk meningkatkan konsentrasi belajar siswa sekolah dasar. Kinetic life exercises are a combination of motor activity, cognitive challenges, and visual perception training. The kinetic life training method aims to stimulate the brain to improve its ability to focus, think, multitask, remember, and cope with stress. Besides, this study aims to find out whether kinetic life exercises can improve learning concentration on basic movement skills. The research method used is experimental research with research design True Experimental Design Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The research was carried out at SDN 032 Tilil Kota Bandung with the subject of research involving students of class IV of 88 people and samples of 24 people experimental group and 24 people control group so the total sample used is 48 people. Sampling techniques using purposive sampling. The instruments used in this investigation are the Concentration Grid Test (CGT) and the Test of Gross Motor Development-2 (TGMD-2). Data analysis using pre-conditional tests such as shaporo-wolf normality tests, homogenity tests, and Paired Sample T-Test and Independent Sample-T-Tests hypothesis tests. The results in this study showed that kinetic life exercises as well as conventional exercise can improve learning concentration on basic movement skills, with significant results between concentration test results and basic motion skills before and after exercise. Therefore, kinetic life exercises combined with games can be an effective alternative to improving the learning concentration of elementary school students.
