Abstract

Lanjut usia adalah seseorang yang berusia 60 tahun keatas dan telah melewati masa kejayaannya. Pada periode ini, lansia banyak mengalami pemunduran baik dari segi fisik maupun psikis. Perasaan tidak berguna dan tidak diinginkan membuat banyak lansia mengembangkan perasaan rendah diri dan marah. Untuk dapat menjaga kesehatan fisik maupun jiwanya, lansia harus tetap melakukan kegiatan – kegiatan. Salah satu kegiatan yang dapat diikuti yaitu pelatihan eco enzym di sekolah lansia menggunakan model pelatihan collaborative learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan model collaborative learning pada pelatihan eco enzym di sekolah lansia. Kajian teori pada penelitian ini berdasarkan konsep pelatihan, konsep collaborative learning, konsep percaya diri dan konsep lansia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi serta studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil temuan penelitian, model collaborative learning pada pelatihan eco enzym terdapat kegiatan yang saling ketergantungan positif, kegiatan juga dilakukan secara langsung, peserta pelatihan menyelesaikan tugasnya hingga selesai, lansia saling berkomunikasi dengan baik, berproses bersama kelompoknya. Peran tutor pada collaborative learning yaitu sebagai mediator yang mengorientasikan lansia, membentuk kelompok, menyusun tugas selama pelatihan, memfasilitasi lansia serta memberi nilai dan evaluasi terhadap kemampuan lansia. Sikap percaya diri lansia meningkat pada kegiatan pelatihan dengan model eco enzym ini, lansia yakin terhadap kemampuannya, optimis dengan apa yang dilakukan, berpikir objektif, dapat menerima konsekuensi yang ada dan berpikir rasional dan realistis. Kata kunci: Model collaborative learning, Pelatihan eco enzym, Lansia, Percaya diri Elderly are someone who is 60 years old and over and has passed his heyday. In this period, the elderly experience many setbacks both in terms of physical and psychic. Feelings of uselessness and unwanted make many elderly people develop feelings of inferiority and anger. To be able to maintain physical and mental health, the elderly must continue to carry out activities. One of the activities that can be followed is eco enzyme training in elderly schools using a collaborative learning training model. This study aims to describe the collaborative learning model in eco enzyme training in senior schools. Theoretical studies in this study are based on the concept of training, the concept of collaborative learning, the concept of self-confidence and the concept of the elderly. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and data collection techniques through interviews, observations and documentation studies. Based on the research findings, the collaborative learning model in eco enzyme training has positive interdependent activities, activities are also carried out directly, training participants complete their tasks to completion, the elderly communicate well with each other, process with their groups. The role of tutors in collaborative learning is as a mediator who orients the elderly, forms groups, arranges tasks during training, facilitates the elderly and assesses and evaluates the abilities of the elderly. The elderly increase in self-confidence in training activities with this eco enzyme model, the elderly are confident in their abilities, optimistic about what is done, think objectively, can accept the consequences and think rationally and realistically.
