Abstract

Futsal is a dynamic sport that requires constant player movement, technique, and endurance over a long period of time. The aim of this research was to determine the impact of continuous running on increasing endurance (VO2Max) in futsal athletes at Sman 1 Cipatat. Continuous running is an exercise carried out by every athlete who is given a continuous running program without stopping and without rest time. The research method that will be used by researchers in this research is the Experimental Model. The design used by researchers used The One-Group Pretest Design by providing the Continuous Running method for 16 training seasons in 6 weeks to 10 futsal athletes at Sman 1 Cipatat. Data collection using data analysis was carried out using the Paired Sample T Test to measure the pretest and and posttest results obtained during the research. As a result, the pretest normality test was 0.20 > 0.05 and the posttest was 0.07 > 0.05, so the data analyzed was normally distributed. And the hypothesis test shows that the pretest and posttest results are 0.001 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that this data has a significant impact from continuous running training on increasing endurance (VO2Max) in futsal Sman 1 Cipatat.
