Abstract

Sekolah Cikal Serpong berupaya untuk mendukung kebijakan pemerintah mengenai penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusi, sehingga terbentuklah program inklusi cikal. Sebagai salah satu sekolah penyelenggara pendidikan inklusi, nyatanya terdapat permasalahan yang dialami oleh guru pembimbing khusus di sekolah tersebut. Peneliti menemukan permasalahan bahwa guru pembimbing khusus di sekolah tersebut memiliki tingkat kompetensi kepribadian yang rendah dibandingkan kompetensi guru yang lainnya (pedagogik, sosial, dan professional). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat program pelatihan yang dapat meningkatkan kompetensi kepribadian guru pembimbing khusus di sekolah tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode mix method dengan exploratory sequential design (kualitatif-kuantitatif) dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak empat orang guru pembimbing khusus di sekolah tersebut. Hasil penelitian kualitatif didapatkan profil dari masing-masing subjek penelitian. Sedangkan hasil penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon menyatakan bahwa nilai Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) < 0,05 yaitu sebesar 0,046 berarti H0 ditolak sehingga terbukti bahwa program pelatihan ini dapat meningkatkan kompetensi kepribadian guru pembimbing khusus di Sekolah Cikal Serpong. Kata kunci: Pendidikan Inklusi, Kompetensi Kepribadian, Program Pelatihan Sekolah Cikal Serpong strives to support government policies regarding the implementation of inclusive education, thus forming the Program Inklusi Cikal (PIC). As one of the schools that organizes inclusive education, there are problems experienced by special education teachers at the school. Researchers found that special education teachers in the school have a low level of personality competence compared to other teacher competencies (pedagogic, social, and professional). The purpose of this research is to create a training program that can improve the personality competence of special education teachers at the school. This research used a mixed method with an exploratory sequential design (qualitative and quantitative) with as many as four special education teachers in the school. The results of qualitative research obtained profiles of each research subject. While the results of quantitative research using the Wilcoxon Test state that the Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) value < 0.05, which is 0.046, the research hypothesis is accepted so that it is proven that this training program can improve the personality competence of special education teachers at Sekolah Cikal Serpong.
