Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara analitis pembelajaran guru dalam trilogi pedagogik Ki Hajar Dewantara di SDN 053 Cisitu Kota Bandung, difokuskan pada peran guru dan Trilogi pepemimpinan yang diterapkan dalam pembelajaran. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode triangulasi data temuan, melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumen. Hasil penelitian “Analisis Pembelajaran Guru dalam Trilogi Pedagogik Ki Hajar Dewantara”, menunjukkan bahwa guru sudah menerapkan trilogi kepemimpinan Ki Hajar Dewantara meliputi Ing Ngarsa Sung Tuladha, Ing Madya Mangun Karsa, Tut Wuri Handyani, mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan pelaksanaan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) serta penilaian pembelajaran dan P5, sesuai kodrat alam dan zamannya dari peserta didik, walaupun pada tahapan perencanaan pada Modul Ajar dalam penerapan trilogi kepemimpinan Ki Hajar Dewantara sebagian guru masih perlu ditingkatkan terutama pada saat menetapkan target peserta didik belum bedasarkan hasil asesmen diagnostik kognitif sebagaimana mestinya. Dari beberapa peran guru yang sudah dilaksanakan, pada perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan penilaian pembelajaran didominasi peran sebagai pengelola, sumber belajar dan fasilitator. Dalam perencanaan pembelajaran telah diimplementasikan trilogi kepemimpinan Ki Hajar Dewantara Ing Ngarsa Sung Tuladha, dibuktikan dengan dibuatnya perencanaan pembelajaran dan P5 menunjukkan peran guru sebagai pengelola, sumber belajar, dan fasilitator. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan pelaksanaan P5 yang dimulai dari kegiatan pendahuluan, inti dan penutup telah diimplementasikan Trilogi kepemimpinan Ki Hajar Dewantara Ing Ngarsa Sung Tuladha, Ing Madya mangun Karsa, dan Tut Wuri Handayani dibuktikan dengan dilaksanaannya seluruh peran guru meliputi pendidik, pengajar, sumber belajar, fasilitator, pembimbing, demonstrator, pengelola, penasehat, inovator, motivator, pelatih, dan evaluator. Sedangkan dalam penilaian pembelajaran dan P5 telah diimplementasikan trilogi kepemimpinan Ki Hajar Dewantara Ing Ngarsa Sung Tuladha, Ing Madya Mangun Karsa, dan Tut Wuri Handayani, dengan dibuatnya perencanaan penilaian, pelaksanaan penilaian dan pelaporan penilaian menunjukkan peran guru sebagai pengelola, pendidik, fasilitator, pembimbing, penasehat, motivator, dan evaluator. Hasil penelitian ini ditujukan sebagai upaya pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik di sekolah dasar dalam hal implementasi Trilogi kepemimpinan Ki Hajar Dewantara dalam pembelajaran. This research aims to analytically describe teacher learning in Ki Hajar Dewantara's pedagogical trilogy at SDN 053 Cisitu, Bandung City, focused on the role of teachers and the leadership trilogy applied in learning. The approach used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach with a triangulation method of finding data, through observation, interviews and document techniques. The results of the research "Analysis of Teacher Learning in Ki Hajar Dewantara's Pedagogical Trilogy", show that teachers have implemented Ki Hajar Dewantara's leadership trilogy including Ing Ngarsa Sung Tuladha, Ing Madya Mangun Karsa, Tut Wuri Handyani, starting from planning, implementing learning and implementing the Profile Strengthening Project Pancasila students (P5) as well as learning and P5 assessments, according to the nature and era of the students, even though at the planning stage in the Teaching Module in implementing Ki Hajar Dewantara's leadership trilogy some teachers still need to be improved, especially when setting student targets not yet based on the results of the assessment cognitive diagnostics as appropriate. Of the several teacher roles that have been implemented, in planning, implementing and assessing learning, the role of manager, learning resource and facilitator is dominated. In learning planning, Ki Hajar Dewantara Ing Ngarsa Sung Tuladha's leadership trilogy has been implemented, as evidenced by the creation of learning plans and P5 shows the teacher's role as manager, learning resource and facilitator. In the implementation of learning and implementation of P5, starting from the preliminary, core and closing activities, the leadership trilogy of Ki Hajar Dewantara Ing Ngarsa Sung Tuladha, Ing Madya Mangun Karsa, and Tut Wuri Handayani has been implemented, proven by the implementation of all teacher roles including educators, lecturers, learning resources, facilitator, mentor, demonstrator, manager, advisor, innovator, motivator, trainer and evaluator. Meanwhile, in learning assessment and P5, the leadership trilogy of Ki Hajar Dewantara Ing Ngarsa Sung Tuladha, Ing Madya Mangun Karsa, and Tut Wuri Handayani has been implemented, by making assessment plans, implementing assessments and reporting assessments showing the role of teachers as managers, educators, facilitators, mentors, advisor, motivator, and evaluator. The results of this research are intended as an effort to develop pedagogical competence in elementary schools in terms of implementing Ki Hajar Dewantara's Leadership Trilogy in learning.
