Abstract

Permasalahan dalam latar belakang penelitian ini membahas mengenai model pembelajaran yang tepat digunakan dalam memengaruhi hasil belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh penerapan dari model pembelajaran problem based learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran produk pastry bakery. Subyek menggunakan subyek siswa fase F Kuliner 3 dan Kuliner 1 SMKN 27 Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuasi eksperimen, dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, dimana tes yang digunakan yaitu pretest dan posttest sebagai data hasil belajar siswa. Kelas Kuliner 3 dijadikan sebagai kelas eksperimen yang diberikan penerapan, sedangkan kelas Kuliner 1 dijadikan sebagai kelas kontrol yang tidak diberikan penerapan. Hasil penelitian disetiap indikator pada kelas eksperimen terdapat kenaikan yang signifikan dari kelas kontrol. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukan bahwa pada kelas eksperimen signifikansi 0,00 atau <0,05 sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak The problem in the background of this research discusses the appropriate learning model to use in influencing learning outcomes. The aim of this research is to analyze how much influence the application of the problem based learning model has on student learning outcomes in the subject of pastry bakery products. The subjects used were students of phase F Culinary 3 and Culinary 1 at SMKN 27 Jakarta. The method used in this research is quasi-experimental, with data collection using tests, where the tests used are pretest and posttest as data on student learning outcomes. Culinary Class 3 is used as an experimental class which is given application, while Culinary Class 1 is used as a control class which is not given application. The research results showed a significant increase in each indicator in the experimental class compared to the control class. The results of the hypothesis test show that in the experimental class the significance is 0.00 or <0.05 so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.
