Abstract

Berpikir kritis merupakan keterampilan berpikir yang sangat penting untuk dilatih dalampembelajaran abad 21. Namun, keterampilan berpikir kritis di sekolah dasar masih tergolong rendah yang diakibatkan dari ketesediaan bahan ajar yang dapat melatih keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa masih jarang ditemukan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan bahan ajar berbentuk aplikasi E-Modul berbasis model RADEC pada materi bagian tubuh tumbuhan di sekolah dasar yang valid, reliabel, dan praktis digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Design and Development (D&D) tipe 2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tahap analisis ditemukan urgensi pengembangan bahan ajar aplikasi E-Modul berbasis model RADEC sebagai solusi untuk melatih keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa. Hasil penilaian validator ahli materi menunjukkan sangat reliabel saat diuji menggunakan Cronbach’s Alpha dan diuji validitas mengunakan Aiken’s V menunjukkan sangat tinggi. Validator ahli media menunjukkan hasil reliabel dan sangat tinggi. Validator ahli bahasa menunjukkan hasil reliabel dan sangat tinggi dan untuk validator ahli pembelajaran menunjukkan hasil sangat reliabel dan sangat tinggi. Hasil respon pengguna guru dan siswa menunjukkan hasil sangat baik. Selanjutnya, untuk hasil keterlaksanaan model RADEC juga menunjukkan hasil sangat baik. Pada hasil soal pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan bahwa siswa mengalami peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis yang tinggi. Pada setiap aspek berpikir kritis, yaitu memberikan penjelasan sederhana masuk dalam kategori tinggi, aspek membangun keterampilan dasar pada kategori tinggi, aspek menyimpulkan kategori tinggi, aspek membuat penjelasan lebih lanjut kategori sedang, dan aspek strategi dan taktik kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi E-Modul berbasis model RADEC sangat baik digunakan untuk dapat melatih keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa kelas IV. ---------- Critical thinking is a very important thinking skill to be trained in 21st century learning. However, critical thinking skills in elementary schools are still relatively low due to the availability of teaching materials that can train students' critical thinking skills are still rarely found. The purpose of this research is to develop teaching materials in the form of E-Module applications based on the RADEC model on plant body parts material in elementary schools that are valid, reliable, and practical to use in learning. This research is a type 2 Design and Development (D&D) research. The results showed that at the analysis stage, the urgency of developing teaching materials for E-Module applications based on the RADEC model was found as a solution to train students' critical thinking skills. The results of the material expert validator assessment showed very reliable when tested using Cronbach's Alpha and tested for validity using Aiken's V showed very high. Media expert validators showed reliable and very high results. Language expert validators showed reliable and very high results and for learning expert validators showed very reliable and very high results. The results of teacher and student user responses showed very good results. Furthermore, the results of the RADEC model implementation also showed very good results. The results of the pre-test and post-test questions showed that students experienced a high increase in critical thinking skills. In each aspect of critical thinking, namely providing simple explanations in the high category, aspects of building basic skills in the high category, aspects of concluding the high category, aspects of making further explanations in the medium category, and aspects of strategy and tactics in the high category. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the RADEC model-based E-Module application is very well used to be able to train critical thinking skills of grade IV students.
