Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tanggapan responden terhadap kualitas komponen daya tarik wisata, tingkat minat berkunjung kembali pengunjung dan pengaruh daya tarik wisata terhadap minat berkunjung kembali pengunjung di Kiara Artha Park, dengan mengadaptasi komponen daya tarik wisata yang dikembangkan oleh Cooper et al (2005) yaitu attraction, accessibilities, amenities, dan ancillary service sebagai variabel independent dan minat berkunjung kembali pengunjung sebagai variabel dependen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda dan olah data menggunakan software IBM Statistic 22 for Windows. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan populasi yaitu pengunjung yang pernah berkunjung ke Kiara Artha Park dan memperoleh sampel sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data secara daring melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang disebar di sosial media Instagram, Whatsapp dan Line. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tanggapan responden terhadap kualitas komponen attraction, amenities, dan ancillary service di Kiara Artha Park dinilai baik, sedangkan kualitas komponen accessibilities dinilai sangat baik. Selanjutnya, tingkat minat berkunjung kembali pengunjung ke Kiara Artha Park dinilai tinggi. Selain itu, hasil peneletian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas komponen daya tarik wisata berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali pengunjung di Kiara Artha Park. This study aims to determine respondents' responses to the quality of the tourist attraction component, the level of visitor interest in returning and the influence of tourist attraction on visitor intention to return to Kiara Artha Park, by adapting the tourist attraction component developed by Cooper et al (2005), namely attraction, accessibilities, amenities, and ancillary service as independent variables and intention visitors to revisit as dependent variables. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis and data processing using IBM Statistics 22 for Windows software. This study used a non-probability sampling technique with a population of visitors who had visited Kiara Artha Park and obtained a sample of 100 respondents using online data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires on social media Instagram, Whatsapp and Line. The results of this study indicate that the respondents' responses to the quality of the attraction, amenities, and ancillary service components at Kiara Artha Park are considered good, while the quality of the accessibilities components is considered very good. Furthermore, the level of interest in returning visitors to Kiara Artha Park is considered high. In addition, the results of the study show that the quality of the components of tourist attraction has a simultaneous effect on the intention to revisit visitors at Kiara Artha Park.
