Abstract

Kecerdasan emosi yang terjadi tidak selalu bersifat positif untuk itu perlu dilakukan pembelajaran yang dikembangkan atas dasar tujuan sosial agar dapat selalu mengarah kepada hal yang positif (asosiatif) dan menurunkan hal yang negatif (disosiatif) melalui pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani salah satunya dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dan jigsaw. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT dan jigsaw terhadap kecerdasan emosional siswa serta apakah terdapat perbedaan pengaruh diantara kedua model tersebut terhadap kecerdasan emosional siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh siswa kelas VIII di Kabupaten Cianjur yang ditentukan menggunakan random sampling yang menghasilkan sampel penelitian tersusun dari 40 siswa yang berisikan 26 orang laki-laki dan 14 orang perempuan. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket Schutte Self-Report Emotional Intelligence Scale (SREIS). Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT terhadap kecerdasan emosional memiliki nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,00 < 0,05 dan kooperatif tipe jigsaw terhadap kecerdasan emosional memiliki nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,00 < 0,05 serta hasil dari uji perbedaan pengaruh didapatkan hasil 0,861 < 2,021 maka Ho diterima dan H1 ditolak. Hal tersebut didapatkan kesimpulan yaitu terdapat pengaruh model kooperatif tipe TGT dan jigsaw terhadap kecerdasan emosional siswa dan tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh diantara kedua model tersebut terhapat kecerdasan emosional siswa. Melalui penelitian ini khususnya guru dapat mengidentifikasikan berbagai permasalahan yang terdapat pada pembelajaran sehingga siswa dapat menerima pembelajaran. This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of the TGT and jigsaw cooperative learning models on students' emotional intelligence and whether there is a difference in the influence between the two models on students' emotional intelligence. This research is using experimental method. The research population was all class VIII students in Cianjur Regency who were determined using random sampling which resulted in a research sample composed of 40 students consisting of 26 boys and 14 girls. The instrument used was the Schutte Self-Report Emotional Intelligence Scale (SREIS) questionnaire. The results of the research found that the influence of the TGT type cooperative learning model on emotional intelligence had a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05 and the jigsaw type cooperative learning model on emotional intelligence had a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05 and the results of the influence difference test were obtained. 0.861 < 2.021 then Ho is accepted and H1 is rejected. It was concluded that there was an influence of the TGT and jigsaw type cooperative models on students' emotional intelligence and there was no difference in the influence between the two models on students' emotional intelligence. Through this research, especially teachers can identify various problems found in learning so that students can receive learning.
