Abstract

Masalah-masalah yang sering terjadi di sekolah yaitu para pendidik lebih sering mengajar pembelajaran IPS hanya fokus pada pemahaman peserta didik saja yang dikembangkan dilakukan dengan cara hafalan, memahami konsepkonsep, mengajar dengan ceramah dan tanya jawab saja akan tetapi mengenai berpikir kreatif dan motivasi belajar peserta didik sering diabaikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang terjadi terhadap keterampilan berpikir kreatif peserta didik kelas VI dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning pada materi sosial dan budaya Negara ASEAN dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning pada materi sosial dan budaya Negara ASEAN. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kuantitatif dengan model Quasy Eksperiment dalam bentuk Pretest & Posttest Control Group Design. Data yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu soal tes untuk mengukur keterampilan berpikir kreatif dan angket untuk mengukur motivasi belajar peserta didik. Hasil penelitian dapat dilihat pada uji hipotesis menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh keterampilan berpiki kreatif peserta didik sebesar sig (2-tailed) 0.000 dan motivasi belajar dengan hasil uji hipotesis sebesar sig 0.002 yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai probabilitas keduanya signifikansi (sig) <0.05 artinya uji hipotesis dapat diterima atau adanya pengaruh dari variabel X (Model pembelajaran Project Based Learning) kepada variabel Y1 (Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif) dan Y2 (Motivasi Belajar). Kata Kunci: Model pembelajaran, Project Based Learning, Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif, Motivasi Belajar The problems that often occur in schools are that educators more often teach social studies learning only focus on understanding students which is developed by rote memorization, understanding concepts, teaching with lectures and questions and answers only, but about creative thinking and student learning motivation is often ignored. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence that occurs on the creative thinking skills of grade VI students by using the Project Based Learning learning model on the social and cultural material of ASEAN Countries and increasing student motivation by using the Project Based Learning learning model on social and cultural materials of ASEAN Countries. This research is included in quantitative research with the Quasy Experimental model in the form of Pretest & Posttest Control Group Design. The data obtained from this study are test questions to measure creative thinking skills and questionnaires to measure student learning motivation. The results can be seen in the hypothesis test showing that the influence of students' creative thinking skills of sig (2-tailed) 0.000 and learning motivation with the results of the hypothesis test of sig 0.002 which can be concluded that the probability value of both significance (sig) <0.05 means that the hypothesis test can be accepted or there is an influence of variable X (Project Based Learning learning model) to variables Y1 (Creative Thinking Ability) and Y2 (Learning Motivation).
