Abstract

Kerja sama merupakan interaksi dan sosialisasi dari beberapa elemen yakni lembaga, individu, atau pihak-pihak yang terlibat secara langsung dan tidak langsung. Pada kenyataannya banyak anak-anak yang belum mampu kerja sama dengan baik. Masih banyak anak-anak yang belum bisa bekerjasama dalam kelompok. Anak-anak masih suka bekerja sendiri dan kalaupun harus berkelompok, mereka menginginkan kerja sama dengan teman dekatnya saja. Ketika dalam pembagian kelompok secara acak peserta didik banyak yang menolak ada juga yang pasif. Mereka tidak terima dengan pembagian kelompok tersebut dan meminta dikelompokkan dengan teman yang sudah akrab dan rumahnya berdekatan saja, maka peneliti mengobservasi sebuah fenomena yang sering terjadi dalam kehidupan peserta didik terutama sewaktu proses pembelajaran. Peneliti merasakan bahwa fenomena ini menjadi sebuah ganjalan peserta didik untuk beradaptasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan kerja sama peserta didik pada materi transformasi energi dan menindaklanjuti bentuk kerja sama peserta didik. Penelitian ini berisi rekaman jejak peneliti sendiri yang tercatat dalam sebuah catatan lapangan peserta didik kelas IV B SDN Tegal Alur 16 Petang dan beberapa guru kelas IV B sebelumnya dengan instrumen penelitian berupa catatan lapangan, wawancara, jurnal refleksi siswa, dan dokumentasi. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif metode narrative inquirry yang disusun agar mudah memahami alur sebuah narasi yang terdapat tempat, waktu, dan interaksi yang terjadi didalamnya. Kesimpulan penelitian ini untuk menanamkan sikap kerja sama peserta didik sejak dini dalam memahami, merasakan, dan melaksanakan aktivitas membantu bersama sehingga dibantu oleh guru yang memiliki peran menanamkan sikap kerja sama peserta didik di sekolah dasar. Kata kunci: Karakter Kerja Sama, Transformasi Energi, Narrative Inquiry Cooperation is the interaction and socialization of several elements, namely institutions, individuals, or parties involved directly and indirectly. In reality, many children have not been able to work together well. There are still many children who cannot work together in groups. Children still like to work alone and even if they have to work in groups, they want to work with their close friends only. When in the division of groups randomly, many students refuse, some are passive. They did not accept the division of the group and asked to be grouped with friends who were already familiar and whose houses were close together, so the researcher observed a phenomenon that often occurs in the lives of students, especially during the learning process. Researchers feel that this phenomenon is an obstacle for students to adapt. The purpose of this study is to explain the cooperation of students on energy transformation material and follow up on the form of student cooperation. This research contains a recording of the researcher's own footsteps recorded in a field note of class IV B students of SDN Tegal Alur 16 Petang and several previous class IV B teachers with research instruments in the form of field notes, interviews, student reflection journals, and documentation. Researchers use a qualitative approach to the narrative inquiry method which is arranged to easily understand the flow of a narrative that has a place, time, and interactions that occur in it. The conclusion of this research is to instill the attitude of cooperation of students from an early age in understanding, feeling, and carrying out activities to help together so that it is assisted by teachers who have the role of instilling the attitude of cooperation of students in elementary schools.
