Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sumber belajar dan minat belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X OTKP pada mata pelajaran kearsipan di SMK YPKKP Bandung. Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 30 siswa kelas X OTKP. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Pada hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa: (1) sumber belajar berada pada kategori cukup efektif; (2) minat belajar siswa berada pada kategori tinggi; (3) prestasi belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang; (4) sumber belajar dan minat belajar memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan pemanfaatan sumber belajar dan minat belajar siswa dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar dengan cara siswa lebih mandiri dalam mengerjakan tugas agar mendapatkan prestasi belajar yang tinggi. dan guru selalu memberikan sumber belajar cetak, non cetak, dan fasilitas belajar ataupun lingkungan di sekolah. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of learning resources and student interest in learning on the learning achievement of class X OTKP students in archives subjects at SMK YPKKP Bandung. The research model used is an explanatory survey with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted on 30 class X OTKP students. Data collection used in this research was by using a Likert scale questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression. The research results reveal that: (1) learning resources are in the quite effective category; (2) students' interest in learning is in the high category; (3) student learning achievement is in the medium category; (4) learning resources and learning interest have a positive and significant influence on learning achievement. One way to increase the use of learning resources and students' interest in learning is to improve learning achievement by making students more independent in carrying out assignments in order to achieve high learning achievement. and teachers always provide printed and non-printed learning resources, and learning facilities and the environment at school.
