Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah menerapkan model problem based learning untuk meningkatkan kreativitas siswa dalam pembelajaran seni tari berbasis Sampyong pada kelas VIII A di SMPN 1 Haurgeulis Indramayu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus yang setiap siklus dilaksanakan dua pertemuan dengan langkah perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, studi dokumentasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa terjadinya peningkatan kreativitas siswa yang signifikan dilihat dari thitung 5.001˃ ttabel 0.0019. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa model problem based learning dapat meningkatkan kreativitas. The aim of the research is to apply the problem based learning model to increase student creativity in learning Sampyong-based dance arts in class VIII A at SMPN 1 Haurgeulis Indramayu. The research method used is classroom action research. This research was carried out in two cycles, each cycle holding two meetings with the steps of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews, observation, documentation studies and tests. The data analysis technique uses the t-test. The results of this research prove that there has been a significant increase in student creativity seen from tcount 5.001˃ ttable 0.0019. This research proves that the problem based learning model can increase creativity.
