Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan rendahnya hasil belajar yang dilihat dari nilai pengetahuan pada Penilaian Akhir Semester (PAS) tahun ajaran 2021/2022 semester ganjil siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Indramayu, sebanyak 65% siswa kelas XI memperoleh nilai PAS dibawah KKM. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh self efficacy terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Dengan populasi sebanyak 15 sekolah, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 4 sekolah dan sampel siswa pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Indramayu sebanyak 240 siswa yang diperoleh melalui teknik random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan survey explanatory dengan kuisioner skala semantik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) hasil belajar siswa berada pada kategori rendah, dan self efficacy siswa berada pada kategori tinggi; dan (2) self efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar. This research is motivated by the problem of low learning outcomes as seen from the value of knowledge in the Final Semester Assessment (PAS) for the 2021/2022 academic year, odd semester of class XI students at the Indramayu Regency State High School, as many as 65% of students get grades PAS below KKM. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of self efficacy on student learning outcomes in economics subjects. With a population of 15 schools, a sample of 4 schools was obtained and the student sample in this study were students in class XI IPS SMA Negeri in Indramayu Regency as many as 240 students obtained through random sampling techniques. The method of collecting data using explanatory survey with a semantic scale questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is a simple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) student learning outcomes are in the low category, and student self efficacy is in the high category; and (2) self efficacy has a positive effect on learning outcomes.
