Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of using toy archery bow on improving the concentration ability of ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) children at SD Plus Marhas Margahayu. This research was conducted because concentration ability is very important in learning and has a significant impact on learning outcomes. This research is a quantitative type of research conducted using experimental methods with Single Subject Research A-B-A design. The subjects in this study were ADHD students in grade 1 (one) at SD Plus Marhas Margahayu. Data were collected through subject performance tests in coloring. Recording concentration time is measured using a stopwatch. Then the data obtained was analyzed through descriptive statistics and displayed in the form of graphs and tables. The components analyzed in this study are analysis in conditions and analysis between conditions. The results showed a positive effect in improving concentration ability in subjects after being given intervention with the use of toy archery bow. The increase in concentration ability, as evidenced by the increase in mean level in the baseline 1 (A-1) condition of 26, intervention (B) of 34.38 and baseline 2 (A-2) of 42. The results of this study indicate that concentration ability has increased which is indicated by the longer range of subject concentration when coloring.
