Abstract

Emotional abuse merupakan bentuk perlakuan merugikan yang dapat memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap perkembangan remaja. Penelitian ini secara khusus meneliti pola perilaku self-efficacy pada kelompok siswa yang mengalami emotional abuse. Dalam konteks ini, perhatian utama tertuju pada cara siswa mengelola pengalaman emosional negatif mereka dan dampaknya terhadap keyakinan diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan gambaran holistik terkait pola perilaku self-efficacy yang siswa terapkan setelah mengalami emotional abuse. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi deskriftif dengan partisipan dua orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sumber self-efficacy yang tinggi dari bujukan verbal dan pengalaman pemenuhan kinerja, serta adanya perbedaan gender yang diakibatkan oleh budaya, Dimana hal tersebut mempengaruhi peran antara gender laki-laki dan gender perempuan yang mengakibatkan perbedaan sumber self-efficacy yang digunakan yakni budaya sunda memiliki nilai-nilai kekeluargaan, gotong royong dan saling mendukung membuat partisipan F menggunakan bujukan verbal sebagai penghargaan social sementara budaya minahasa yang memiliki pandangan hidup berupa penghargaan kinerja membuat partisipan Y menjadikan pengalaman pemenuhan kinerja sebagai acuan terbesar sumber self-efficacy. Dengan demikian, peran bimbingan dan konseling dapat memberikan layanan baik klasikal maupun responsif untuk meningkatkan self-efficacy remaja yang mengalami emotional abuse. Emotional abuse is a form of detrimental treatment that can have a significant impact on adolescent development. This research specifically examines self-efficacy behavior patterns in groups of students who experience emotional abuse. In this context, the main attention is drawn to the way students manage their negative emotional experiences and their impact on self-efficacy. This research aims to describe a holistic picture regarding the self-efficacy behavior patterns that students apply after experiencing emotional abuse. The method used in this research is a descriptive study with two participants. The results of the research show that the source of high self-efficacy comes from verbal persuasion and experience of fulfilling performance, as well as gender differences caused by culture, where this influences the roles between the male gender and the female gender which results in differences in the source of self-efficacy used, namely culture. Sundanese values of family, mutual cooperation and mutual support made participant F use verbal persuasion as a social reward, while Minahasan culture, which has a view of life in the form of performance awards, made participant Y use the experience of fulfilling performance as the biggest source of self-efficacy. Thus, the role of guidance and counseling can provide both classical and responsive services to increase the self-efficacy of adolescents who experience emotional abuse
