Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan isu yang terjadi mengenai tingginya tingkat kejenuhan dalam belajar. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menghasilkan program bimbingan belajar berdasarkan flow akademik peserta didik SMA Negeri 3 Cimahi. Penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument flow akademik yang dikembangkan dengan pengujian keterbacaan, empiris, dan rasional. Penelitian menggunakan sampel jenuh seluruh peserta didik SMA Negeri 3 Cimahi kelas X yang berjumlah 357 peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa program bimbingan belajar disusun berdasarkan kebutuhan flow akademik peserta didik. Kebutuhan peserta didik dirumuskan menjadi rumusan tujuan layanan. Layanan yang digunakan adalah layanan dasar dan perencanaan individual. Layanan yang direncanakan dalam program berjumlah 9 dan pelaksanaanya menggunakan metode soraktik. Program bimbingan belajar tidak dilakukan uji secara empiris namun program telah ditimbang oleh para ahli dan praktisi dalam bidang bimbingan dan konseling. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan informasi bagi para praktisi maupun peneliti bimbingan dan konseling untuk menjawab permasalahan bimbingan belajar khususnya dalam bidang bimbingan dan konseling. Kata Kunci: Flow Akademik, Bimbingan Belajar This research was conducted based on the issue that occurred regarding the high level of boredom in learning. The aim of the research is to produce a tutoring program based on the academic flow of students at SMA Negeri 3 Cimahi. The research uses a quantitative research design with descriptive methods. Data collection uses an academic flow instrument developed with readability, empirical and rational testing. The research used a saturated sample of all students at SMA Negeri 3 Cimahi class X, totaling 357 students. The research results show that the tutoring program is structured based on students' academic flow needs. The needs of students are formulated into the formulation of service objectives. The services used are basic services and individual planning. The number of services planned in the program is 9 and the implementation uses the soractical method. The tutoring program has not been tested empirically but the program has been weighed by experts and practitioners in the field of guidance and counseling. The results of this research can provide information for guidance and counseling practitioners and researchers to answer tutoring problems, especially in the field of guidance and counseling.
