Abstract
Klasifikasi kelas kata dianggap menjadi salah satu tantangan bagi para pembelajar bahasa Korea. Tidak hanya itu, tantangan ini datang bersamaan dengan fenomena perbedaan kelas kata antara bahasa Korea dan bahasa Indonesia. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran berupa kamus digital seperti Naver Dictionary. Berdasar pada fenomena tersebut, penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui kemampuan kelas kata pembelajar bahasa Korea serta peningkatannya setelah diberi tindakan berupa implementasi Naver Dictionary sebagai media pembelajaran di dalam kelas. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mencari tahu pengaruh Naver Dictionary dalam meningkatkan kemampuan klasifikasi kelas kata bahasa Korea yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa Pendidikan Bahasa Korea serta menganalisis tanggapan mereka mengenai aplikasi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest design yang diujikan kepada 20 sampel peserta didik pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Bahasa Korea. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan kemampuan mahasiswa Pendidikan Bahasa Korea yang ditemukan melalui hasil belajar. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai pretest, yang semulanya berjumlah 29.00 atau ‘Rendah’, meningkat menjadi 52.50 atau ‘Cukup’ dengan jumlah peningkatan 23.50. Hasil uji hipotesis mengemukakan bahwa nilai thitung, yang berjumlah 4.438 > ttabel, yang berjumlah 2.093. Hasil uji rata-rata N-Gain terhadap peningkatan kemampuan klasifikasi bahasa Korea bernilai 30.10 atau setara dengan ‘Sedang’. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Naver Dictionary memiliki kategori berpengaruh sebagai media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan klasifikasi kelas kata bahasa Korea. Part of speech classification is considered to be one of the challenges for Korean learners. In addition, this challenge comes along with the phenomenon of part of speech differences between Korean and Indonesian. One way to overcome this problem is by using learning media in the form of digital dictionaries such as Naver Dictionary. Based on that phenomenon, this study is aimed to find out Korean Language Education students’ part of speech classification skills its improvement after being given a treatment in the form of implementing Naver Dictionary as a learning media in the class. This study aimed not only to find out the effect of Naver Dictionary in improving the Korean Language Education students’ part of speech classification skills, but also to analyze their responses regarding to the application. This study conducted in quantitative method with pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest design which was tested on 20 samples of Korean Language Education students. The results showed that Korean Language Education students’ skills increased, which is found through their learning outcomes. The pretest score, which is 29.00 or 'Low', is increased to 52.50 or 'Medium', which improve significantly by 23.50. The results of the hypothesis test described that the tobserved, 4.438 > ttable 2.093. The average N-Gain test results on the improvement were 30.10 or equivalent to 'Moderate'. This study concluded that Naver Dictionary has an influence as a learning media to improve Korean part of speech classification skills. 품사 분류는 한국어 학습자들에게 어려운 실력 중 하나로 볼 수 있다. 게다가 이 문제는 한국어와 인도네시아어의 품사 차이 현상과 함께 발생한다. 이를 극복하기 위해 네이버 사전과 같은 디지털 사전 형태의 학습 매체를 활용하는 것이다. 이 연구는 수업 과정에 네이버 사전 학습 매체 활용하는 것을 한 뒤 한국어 교육과 학생들의 품사 분류 실력 향상을 알아보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 그 현상을 바탕으로 이 연구는 네이버 사전이 한국어 교육과 학생들의 품사 분류 실력 향상에 미치는 효과 및 네이버 사전의 활용에 대한 학생들의 반응을 분석하는 것도 목적으로 하였다. 이 연구는 단일집단 사전-사후, 사전실험설계의 정량적 방법으로 진행되었으며, 한국어 교육과 학생 20명을 대상으로 실험을 진행되었다. 데이터를 살펴본 결과 한국어 교육과 학생들의 실력이 향상된 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 학습 결과를 통해 확인하였다. 29.00점, 즉 '낮다'에 해당하는 사전 시험 점수가 52.50점, 즉 '중간'으로 23.50점이나 크게 향상되었다. 가설 검증 결과, tobserved 4.438 > ttable 2.093으로 나타났다. 향상 정도를 살펴보기 위한 N-Gain 테스트 결과는 평균 30.10으로 '적당함'에 의하여 적당한 향상으로 밝혔다. 이 연구를 통해 네이버 사전은 한국어 품사 분류 실력을 증가시키기 위한 학습 매체로서 영향력을 가지고 있다는 결론으로 살펴보았다.
