Abstract
Penelitian ini akan membahas mengenai pengetahuan perlindungan diri berupa materi pembelajaran yang berfokus pada keselamatan pribadi anak melalui program body safety training sebagai bentuk dari upaya pencegahan kekerasan seksual pada anak. Hal tersebut didasari karena muncul permasalahan bahwa pengetahuan perlindungan diri yang dimiliki anak masih kurang berkembang. Maka perlu dilakukan metode pembelajaran yang terfokus untuk dilakukan penanganan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan perlindungan diri anak dari kekerasan seksual melalui program body safety training. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) pada anak kelompok B di RA Daarun- Nisaa, Kota Bandung. Jumlah partisipan penelitian sebanyak 20 anak dengan usia 5-6 tahun. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui obervasi, wawancara, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian yang diadaptasi dari Permendikbud Nomor 137 tahun 2014 pada lingkup perkembangan sosial-emosional bagian kesadaran diri dan penilaian WIST “What If Situation Test”. Penelitian dilakukan dua siklus dengan enam kali tindakan. Kondisi awal pengetahuan perlindungan diri anak tergolong rendah, yakni 75% anak dalam kategori Belum Berkembang (BB). Setelah diberikan kegiatan program body safety training, pengetahuan perlindungan diri anak mengalami peningkatan, sebanyak 85% anak dalam kategori Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut bahwa program body safety training dapat digunakan sebagai rekomendasi metode pembelajaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan perlindungan diri anak. This study will discuss self-protection knowledge in the form of learning materials that focus on children's personal safety through body safety training programs as a form of effort to prevent sexual violence in children. This is related because the problem arises that the knowledge of self-protection possessed by children is still underdeveloped. So it is necessary to do a learning method that is comfortable for handling. The purpose of this study was to increase children's self-protection knowledge from sexual violence through a body safety training program. The research method used was classroom action research (CAR) on group B children at RA Daarun-Nisaa, Bandung City. The number of study participants was 20 children aged 5-6 years. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, field notes, and documentation. The research data was obtained using research instruments adapted from Permendikbud Number 137 of 2014 on the scope of social-emotional development in the self-awareness section and the WIST "What If Situation Test" assessment. The study was conducted in two cycles with six actions. The initial condition of children's self-protection knowledge is low, namely 75% of children in the Undeveloped category (BB). After being given body safety training program activities, children's self-protection knowledge has increased, as many as 85% of children are in the Developing According to Expectations (BSH) category. Based on the results of this research, the body safety training program can be used as a recommendation for an effective learning method to increase children's self-protection knowledge.
