Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi performance ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMA Negeri Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh SMA Negeri di Kota Bandung yang berjumlah 29 sekolah yang terbagi ke dalam 6 wilayah, sampel yang diambil sebanyak 8 sekolah menggunakan teknik random simple sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuisioner. Data yang terkumpul diolah dengan menggunakan cara deskriptif dengan perhitungan persentase. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Faktor atlet, yang mempengaruhi terhadap performance ekstrakurikuler futsal memiliki persentase sebesar 81,57% termasuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi (2) Faktor pelatih, yang mempengaruhi terhadap performance ekstrakurikuler futsal memiliki persentase sebesar 84,22% termasuk pada kategori sangat tinggi (3) Faktor alat dan fasilitas, yang mempengaruhi terhadap performance ekstrakurikuler futsal memiliki persentase sebesar 73,54% masuk pada kategori tinggi (4) Faktor Organisasi, yang mempengaruhi terhadap performance ekstrakurikuler futsal memiliki persentase sebesar 75,25% masuk dalam kategori tinggi (5) Faktor kompetisi, yang mempengaruhi terhadap performance ekstrakurikuler futsal memiliki persentase sebesar 76,06% masuk dalam kategori tinggi. Hal ini berarti faktor atlet, faktor pelatih, faktor alat dan fasilitas, faktor organisasi dan faktor kompetisi secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap performance ekstrakuriler futsal. This study aims to determine what factors influence the performance of extracurricular futsal in public high schools in Bandung City. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were all public high schools in Bandung City, totaling 29 schools which were divided into 6 regions, the samples taken were 8 schools using random simple sampling techniques. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The collected data were processed using descriptive methods with percentage calculations. The results of the study showed that (1) The athlete factor, which influences extracurricular futsal performance, has a percentage of 81.57% including in the very high category (2) The coach factor, which influences extracurricular futsal performance, has a percentage of 84.22% including in the very high category (3) Tool and facility factors, which affects the performance of extracurricular futsal has a percentage of 73.54% in the high category (4) Organizational factors, which affect the performance of extracurricular futsal has a percentage of 75.25% in the high category (5) Competition factors, which affect the performance of extracurricular futsal has a percentage of 76.06% in the high category. This means that athlete factors, coach factors, equipment and facility factors, organizational factors and competition factors significantly affect extracurricular futsal performance
