Abstract

Kerusakan lingkungan merupakan permasalahan penting yang dihadapi Indonesia, mulai dari pencemaran udara, suara, air, hingga yang menimbulkan kerusakan ekosistem dan sebagainya. Kerusakan lingkungan yang diakibatkan sampah sangatlah banyak, setiap penduduk memproduksi sekitar 0,68 kilogram sampah/hari. Kerusakan lingkungan yang diakibatkan sampah merupakan masalah yang serius dan menjadi penyebab kerusakan ekosistem, termasuk di kawasan yang jarang ditempati manusia yang juga merupakan salah satu tempat berkegiatan Kelompok Ekstrakurikuler Pencinta Alam (KEPA). Sampah yang banyak akan menjadi masalah, dan akan berakibat buruk bagi ekosistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perencanaan organisasi, bentuk pelaksanaan partisipasi, kegiatan monitoring, dan kegiatan evaluasi oleh KEPA SMA Kota Bandung dalam menjaga kebersihan lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran secara deskriptif dengan pendekatan kelingkungan dan populasi yaitu seluruh KEPA SMA Kota Bandung. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan cara nonprobability sampling, yaitu snowball sampling (sampel bola salju). Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis dengan metode perbandingan tetap. Hasil Penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan yaitu, bahwa seluruh KEPA SMA Kota Bandung sudah turut berpartisipasi dalam menjaga kebersihan lingkungan mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, monitoring, sampai pada evaluasi, sesuai dengan porsinya masing-masing. Partisipasi tersebut mempunyai bentuk partisipasi yaitu, konsultasi, proyek yang dibiayai oleh komuniti setelah ada konsensus dalam rapat komuniti, sumbangan dalam bentuk jasa kerja, aksi massal mengerjakan proyek secara sukarela, dan pembangunan proyek-proyek komuniti yang otonom. Partisipasi tersebut mempunyai jenis-jenis partisipasi yaitu, partisipasi dengan pikiran, tenaga, aktif, keahlian, barang, uang, dan jasa-jasa. Partisipasi tersebut mempunyai tingkat partisipasi yaitu kemitraan, yang termasuk ke dalam kelompok partisipasi tingkatan tertinggi yaitu kekuatan masyarakat. Environmental damage is an important problem faced by Indonesia, starting from air pollution, noise pollution, water pollution, to those that causing damage to the ecosystem and so on. The environmental damage caused by waste is enormous, each resident produces around 0.68 kilograms of waste/day. Environmental damage caused by waste is a serious problem and that is the cause of ecosystem damage, including in areas that are rarely occupied by humans which is also one of the activities of the Nature Lovers Extracurricular Group (NLEG). A lot of rubbish will be a problem, and will have a bad impact on the ecosystem. This research aims to analyze organizational planning, forms of implementation participation, monitoring activities and evaluation activities by NLEG at High School of Bandung City in maintaining environmental cleanliness. This research uses descriptive mixed methods with an environmental approach and population is all NLEG at High School of Bandung City. This research sample uses a nonprobability sampling method, to be specific snowball sampling. The data analysis technique uses analysis using constant comparison method. From the results of this research, a conclusion can be drawn, that all NLEG at High School of Bandung City have participated in maintaining environmental cleanliness starting from planning, implementation, monitoring, to evaluation, according to their respective portions. This participation has form of participation like, consultation, projects financed by the community after there is a consensus at a community meeting, donations in the form of work services, mass action to carry out projects voluntarily, and the development of autonomous community projects. This participation has types of participation that is, participation with thought, energy, activity, expertise, goods, money and services. This participation has participation level namely Partnership, which is included in the highest level of participation group namely Degrees of Citizen Power.
