Abstract
Tingginya jumlah pengangguran terbuka lulusan SMK di Indonesia menjadi masalah yang harus diselesaikan. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan yaitu dengan meningkatkan jumlah wirausaha, namun perlu dianalisis aspek-aspek yang dapat meningkatkan intensi berwirausaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha dengan variabel mediasi sikap kewirausahaan dan efikasi diri. Permasalahan pada penelitian ini intensi berwirausaha siswa SMK Negeri di Kota Bandung yang masih rendah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey eksplanatori, dengan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK Negeri di Kota Bandung dengan unit analisis 295 siswa dari total ukuran populasi yang berjumlah 1.130 siswa. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistika deskriptif dan analisis PMM (Pararel Multiple Mediator). Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa : 1) Pengetahuan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi berwirausaha. 2) Sikap kewirausahaan memediasi pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. 3) Efikasi diri memediasi pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Temuan dalam penelitian ini memberikan saran yang berguna bagi pemangku kebijakan dan pihak sekolah dalam mengembangkan intensi berwirausaha siswa dalam mempersiapkan wirausahawan di masa depan. One effort that can be made is to increase the number of entrepreneurs, but it is necessary to analyze aspects that can increase entrepreneurial intentions. This research aims to analyze entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial intentions with the mediating variables of attitude towards entrepreneurship and self-efficacy. The problem in this research is that the entrepreneurial intentions of State Vocational School students in Bandung City are still low. The method used in this research is an explanatory survey, with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sample for this research was State Vocational School students in Bandung City with an analysis unit of 295 students from a total population size of 1,130 students. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and PMM (Parallel Multiple Mediator) analysis. The research results show that: 1) Entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions. 2) Attitudes towards entrepreneurship mediate the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial intentions. 3) Self-efficacy mediates the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial intentions. The findings in this research provide useful suggestions for policy makers and schools in developing students' entrepreneurial intentions in preparing future entrepreneurs.
