Abstract
Di era globalisasi telah terjadi pergeseran nilai dan budaya yang sangat cepat di masyarakat, hal ini menuntut pentingnya internalisasi nilai Pancasila di PAUD untuk menjaga keutuhan bangsa dan sikap anak-anak sebagai generasi penerus bangsa. Peran pendidik dalam proses internalisasi ini sangat penting, mereka merupakan agen perubahan utama yang membentuk jati diri anak untuk masa depan bangsa yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membahas peran pendidik dalam proses internalisasi nilai Pancasila pada program 7 poe atikan istimewa di PAUD Purwakarta. Metode penelitian kualitatif dan studi kasus digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Ada 2 partisipan dalam penelitian ini dengan kualifikasi pendidik PAUD. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Pendidik di PAUD Kecamatan Pondoksalam memahami nilai-nilai Pancasila yang diperoleh dari berbagai sumber, baik melalui pendidikan formal di sekolah maupun pengalaman langsung dalam kegiatan nyata di luar sekolah. Dalam implementasinya, melalui pemilihan metode yang tepat, menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung, dan Program 7 (tujuh) Poe Atikan Istimewa mendukung proses internalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila yang berada pada tahap pre-moral. In the era of globalization, there has been a very rapid shift in values and culture in society, this demands the importance of internalizing Pancasila values in PAUD to maintain the integrity of the nation and the attitudes of children as the nation's next generation. The role of educators in this internalization process is very important, they are the main agents of change who shape children's identity for a better future for the nation. This research aims to find out and discuss the role of educators in the process of internalizing Pancasila values in the 7 special poetry program at PAUD Purwakarta. Qualitative research methods and case studies were used in this research. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. There were 2 participants in this research with PAUD educator qualifications. The research results show that Educators in PAUD Pondoksalam District understand the values of Pancasila obtained from various sources, both through formal education at school and direct experience in real activities outside school. In its implementation, through choosing the right method, creating a supportive learning environment, and the 7 (seven) Poe Atikan Istimewa Program supports the process of internalizing Pancasila values which are at the pre-moral stage.
