Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil kompetensi operator Dapodik PAUD di kecamatan Kelapa Gading. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Variabel penelitian ini adalah profil kompetensi operator Dapodik PAUD di Kecamatan Kelapa Gading dalam memahami pengelolaan Dapodik, jaringan pengelolaan data pendidikan, verifikasi dan validasi (verval) data satuan pendidikan, verval peserta didik (PD), dan verval pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan (PTK). Pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan yaitu teknik purposive sampling. Teknik purposive sampling adalah prosedur pengambilan sampel dengan objek yang memiliki kriteria tertentu yaitu tenaga kependidikan yang bertugas sebagai operator Dapodik di satuan PAUD khususnya di 52 Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK) kecamatan Kelapa Gading. Hasil dari penelitian secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi Operator Dapodik PAUD di Kecamatan Kelapa Gading dalam memahami pengelolaan data dapat dikatakan sudah baik. Terlihat dari analisis hasil data yang diperoleh, presentase kompetensi operator PAUD dalam memahami pengelolaan Dapodik sebesar 57,69% dari total responden penelitian, dalam memahami jaringan pengelolaan data pendidikan dalam penelitian yang dilakukan masih sedang yaitu sebesar 48,08% dari total responden penelitian, dalam memahami veval satuan pendidikan sebesar 71,15% dari total responden survei, dalam memahami verval PD sebesar 59,62% dari total responden penelitian, dan dalam memahami verval PTK sebesar 51,92% dari total responden penelitian. Hal tersebut disimpulkan profil kompetensi operator PAUD di kecamatan Kelapa Gading adalah baik atau sudah memahami mengenai pengelolaan aplikasi Dapodik. This study aims to determine the competency profile of Dapodik PAUD operators in Kelapa Gading sub-district. This study uses a quantitative approach. The variables of this study are the competency profiles of Dapodik PAUD operators in Kelapa Gading District in understanding Dapodik management, education data management networks, verification and validation (verval) of education unit data, student vervals, and educator and education staff verval. Sampling was done using purposive sampling technique. The purposive sampling technique is a sampling procedure with objects with certain criteria, namely educational staff serving as Dapodik operators in PAUD units, especially in 52 Kindergartens (TK) Kelapa Gading sub-district. The results of the study in general can be concluded that the competence of the PAUD Dapodik Operators in Kelapa Gading District in understanding data management can be said to be good. It can be seen from the analysis of the results of the data obtained, the percentage of competence of PAUD operators in understanding Dapodik management is 57.69% of the total research respondents, in understanding the education data management network in the research conducted it is still moderate, namely 48.08% of the total research respondents, in understanding the educational unit verval was 71.15% of the total survey respondents, understanding the student verval was 59.62% of the total research respondents, and understanding the educator and education staff verval verval was 51.92% of the total research respondents. It was concluded that the competence profile of early childhood educations operators in the Kelapa Gading sub-district was good or had understood the management of the Dapodik application.
