Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan instrumen Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM) pada materi kesetimbangan kimia yang memenuhi kriteria tes yang layak untuk mengukur literasi membaca ditinjau dari segi validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran dan daya pembeda. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pengembangan dan validasi. Partisipan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini yaitu 3 dosen dan 2 guru kimia SMA sebagai validator dan 35 orang siswa kelas XII pada salah satu SMAN di Bandung. Produk yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini adalah instrumen tes Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM) literasi membaca pada materi kesetimbangan kimia yang terdiri dari 25 soal literasi membaca. Instrumen tes ini dinyatakan valid berdasarkan validitas isi, dan berdasarkan validitas empiris 20 soal valid dan 5 soal tidak valid. Hasil uji reliabilitas untuk bentuk soal objektif sebesar 0,704 dengan kriteria sedang, sedangkan untuk soal uraian sebesar 0,735 dengan kriteria baik dan keduanya dinyatakan reliabel. Hasil uji tingkat kesukaran dari instrumen ini terdapat 3 soal mudah, 13 soal sedang, dan 9 soal sukar, hal ini dinyatakan belum memenuhi proporsi tingkat kesukaran tes yang baik. Ditinjau dari uji daya pembeda instrumen yang dikembangkan ini memiliki 4 soal kriteria kurang baik, 6 soal kriteria cukup, 3 soal kriteria baik, dan 12 soal kriteria sangat baik. Hasil analisis tingkat kompetensi instrumen AKM dinyatakan bahwa kompetensi literasi membaca termasuk kategori dasar dengan indeks 1,64 yaitu, siswa mampu menemukan dan mengambil informasi eksplisit yang ada dalam teks serta membuat interpretasi sederhana. This study aims to produce a Minimum Competency Assessment (MCA) instrument on chemical equilibrium topic that meets the criteria for an appropriate test for measuring reading literacy in terms of validity, reliability, level of difficulty and distinguishing power. The research method used is the development and validation method. The participants involved in this research were 3 lecturers and 2 high school chemistry teachers as validators and 35 class XII students at a high school in Bandung. The product produced in this study is a reading literacy Minimum Competency Assessment (MCA) test instrument on chemical equilibrium topic which consists of 25 reading literacy questions. This test instrument was declared valid based on content validity, and based on empirical validity, 20 questions were valid and 5 questions were invalid. The reliability test results for the objective question form were 0.704 with medium criteria, while for the descriptive questions it was 0.735 with good criteria and both were declared reliable. The test results for the difficulty level of this instrument contained 3 easy questions, 13 medium questions, and 9 difficult questions. This was stated to not meet the proportion of a good test difficulty level. Judging from the differentiating power test, the instrument developed has 4 questions with poor criteria, 6 questions with sufficient criteria, 3 questions with good criteria, and 12 questions with very good criteria. The results of the analysis of the competency level of the MCA instrument stated that reading literacy competency is included in the basic category with an index of 1.64, namely, students are able to find and retrieve explicit information in the text and make simple interpretations.
