Abstract

Secara Global, promosi kewirausahaan memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam memajukan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan masyarakat di era modern. Lulusan SMK perlu memiliki minat pada kewirausahaan, yang sejalan dengan program pemerintah untuk menciptakan wirausaha baru. Dengan menggunakan Theory of Planned Behaviour, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh antara prediktor minat berwirausaha seperti pendidikan kewirausahaan dan praktik kerja industri terhadap minat berwirausaha, serta bagaimana Efikasi Diri memediasi pengaruh tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey explanatory dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner yang disebar kepada 314 siswa kelas XII SMKN Pandeglang. Data yang sudah terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM menggunakan aplikasi program Smart-PLS. 3. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1). Pendidikan kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh secara positif terhadap minat berwirausaha; 2). Praktik kerja industri memiliki pengaruh secara positif terhadap minat berwirausaha; 3) Terdapat pengaruh Efikasi Diri dalam memediasi pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha; 4) Terdapat pengaruh Efikasi Diri dalam memediasi pengaruh praktik kerja industri terhadap minat berwirausaha. Adapun saran pada penelitian ini adalah pada variabel pendidikan kewirausahaan, siswa harus meningkatkan Education for entrepreneurial dynamic untuk meningkatkan minat wirausaha, pada variabel praktik kerja industri, siswa harus meningkatkan kerajinan/kemampuan dalam bekerja untuk meningkatkan minat wirausaha, pada variabel efikasi diri siswa harus meningkatkan strength dalam meningkatkan keyakinan terhadap diri individu, pada variabel minat berwirausaha siswa harus meningkatkan plan untuk meningkatkan minat wirausaha. Globally, the promotion of entrepreneurship has a significant role in advancing economic and societal growth in the modern era. Vocational school graduates need to have an interest in entrepreneurship, which is in line with government programs to create new entrepreneurs. By using the Theory of Planned Behavior, this research aims to explore the influence of predictors of interest in entrepreneurship such as entrepreneurship education and internships on interest in entrepreneurship, as well as how Self-Efficacy mediates this influence. The research method used was an explanatory survey with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires distributed to 314 class XII students at SMKN Pandeglang. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using PLS-SEM using the Smart-PLS program application. 3. Based on the research results, it shows that 1). Entrepreneurship education has a positive influence on interest in entrepreneurship; 2). Industrial Work Practice has a positive influence on interest in entrepreneurship; 3) There is an influence of Self-Efficacy in mediating the influence of entrepreneurship education on interest in entrepreneurship; 4) There is an influence of Self-Efficacy in mediating the influence of industrial work on interest in entrepreneurship. The suggestions in this research are that in the entrepreneurship education variable, students must increase Education for Entrepreneurial Dynamics to increase interest in entrepreneurship, in the internship variable, students must increase their craft/ability to work to increase interest in entrepreneurship, in the self-efficacy variable students must increase their strength in improving confidence in individual self, in the variable interest in entrepreneurship, students must improve plans to increase interest in entrepreneurship.
