Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi kebutuhan dan keinginan dikarenakan konsep tersebut sulit dipahami sebab bersifat abstrak dan dalam proses pembelajaran guru menggunakan bahan ajar cetak berupa buku paket saja yang mana isi materi masih kurang lengkap dan di dominasi oleh teks dengan sedikit gambar yang membuat peserta didik mengalami kejenuhan dan sulit untuk memahami materi pelajaran khususnya pada materi kebutuhan dan keinginan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar digital berbasis microlearning untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik fase B tentang kebutuhan dan keinginan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Design and Development (D&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa kuesioner, wawancara, dan tes hasil belajar. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif dengan skala guttman dan data kualitatif menggunakan teknik Miles dan Huberman. Hasil validasi ahli menyatakan bahwa bahan ajar ini “Sangat Layak” untuk digunakan dengan rincian ahli media mendapat persentase 87,5%, dari ahli materi mendapat persentase 100%, dan dari ahli praktisi mendapatkan persentase 97,1%. Pada hasil pre-test dan post-test peserta didik menunjukkan adanya kenaikan yang siginifikan pada hasil belajar peserta didik setelah pengimplementasian bahan ajar digital berbasis microlearning menggunakan format media video eksplainer, gamifikasi, dan podcast pada materi kebutuhan dan keinginan. This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students on the material needs and desires because the concept is difficult to understand because it is abstract and in the learning process teachers only use printed teaching materials in the form of textbooks where the content of the material is still incomplete and dominated by text with few pictures. which makes students experience boredom and find it difficult to understand the subject matter, especially the material on needs and desires. Based on this, this research aims to develop microlearning-based digital teaching materials to improve phase B students' learning outcomes regarding needs and desires. This research uses the Design and Development (D&D) method with the ADDIE model. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, interviews and learning outcomes tests. The data analysis technique in this research uses quantitative data analysis with the Guttman scale and qualitative data uses the Miles and Huberman technique. The expert validation results stated that this teaching material was "Very Appropriate" for use with details from media experts getting a percentage of 87.5%, material experts getting a percentage of 100%, and practitioner experts getting a percentage of 97.1%. The pre-test and post-test results of students showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes after implementing microlearning �based digital teaching materials using explainer video, gamification and podcast media formats on material needs and desires.
