Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya angka pengangguran dari lulusan Perguruan Tinggi, rendahnya tingkat kemandirian, dan sekaligus mengindikasikan perilaku kewirausahaan yang rendah di kalangan mahasiswa. Inti masalah yang hendak diungkapkan adalah sejauh manakah pelaksanaan pendidikan dan latihan serta magang mempengaruhi sikap dan motivasi kewirausahaan yang berimplikasi pada perilaku kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Objek penelitian ini adalah Pendidikan dan Latihan, Magang, Sikap dan Motivasi Kewirausahaan sebagai variabel eksogen, serta perilaku kewirausahaan sebagai variabel endogen. Penelitian yang dilakukan bersifat verifikatif dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta Program Mahasiswa Wirausaha pada Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia sebanyak 107 mahasiswa. Dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin, didapatkan ukuran sampel sebanyak 84 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa perilaku kewirausahaan dipengaruhi secara positif oleh pendidikan dan latihan serta ma.gang, sikap dan motivasi kewirausahaan. Dengan kata lain semakin efektif pelaksanaan pendidikan dan latihan serta magang semakin positif sikap kewirausahaan dan semakin tinggi motivasi kewirausahaan, yang berimplikasi pada tingginya perilaku kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Rekomendasi bersifat akademik teoriris. Beberapa temuan dan kajian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini setidaknya memberikan :implikasi teoritis bahwa perilaku kewirausahaan merupakan funcsi dari faktor lingkungan melalui pendid:ikan dan latihan serta magang, dan taktor psikologis melalu:i sikap dan mot:ivasi kewirausahaan, Diantara kedua raktor tersebut, motivasi kewirausahaan memilik:i pengaruh yang paling tinggi terb;1:L11, perilaku kewirausahaan, sehingga direkomendas:ikan untuk meningkatkan efektifitas pelaksanaan pendidikan dan latihan serta magang, Pada gilirannya ha! tersebut dapat meningkatkan sikap positif mahasiswa terhadap kewirausahaan sekaligus dapat meningkatkan perilaku kewirausahaan mahasiswa. This research was underpinned by high unemployment of university graduates, the low level of independence, as well as low entrepreneurial behavior among students. The core issue is the extent to which the implementation of education and training and apprenticeship influence entrepreneurial and motivational attitudes that have implications on students' entrepreneurial behavior. The objects of this study were Education and Training, Apprenticeship, Entrepreneurial Attitude and Motivation as exogenous variables, as well as entrepreneurial behavior as endogenous variable. The method of research was verification and survey. The population in this study were all participants of Student Entrepreneurial Program at the Indonesia University of Education (J 07 students). By using the Slovin formula, it was obtained a sample size of 84 respondents. Sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling. Hypothesis testing was conducted using path analysis. The results show that entrepreneurial behavior was positively influenced by education and training and apprenticeship, entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial motivation. In other words, the more effective implementation of education and training and apprenticeship, the more positive the entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial motivational, which affects the behavior entrepreneurial of the students. Some of the findings and studies conducted in this study at least provides a theoretical implication that entrepreneurial behavior is o function of environmental factors through education and training and apprenticeship, and psychological factors through entrepreneurial attitude and motivation. Among the two factors, the entrepreneurial motivation has the highest impact on entrepreneurial behavior, so it is recommended to improve the effectiveness of education and training and apprenticeship. 111 turn this may increase the positive attitudes of students towards entrepreneurship as well as to enhance students entrepreneurial behavior.
