    Abstract

    Abstrak
    Guru memiliki posisi yang menentukan keberhasilan dalam pembelajaran, tidak
    terkecuali dalam keberhasilan membentuk keterampilan sosial. Karena guru
    berperan sebagai planning for learning (perancang pembelajaran), managing
    learning (pengelola pembelajaran), dan evaluator of student learning (penilai
    prestasi belajar siswa). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu
    mengedepankan penelitian data atau realitas persoalan dengan berdasarkan pada
    pengungkapan apa-apa yang telah dieksplorasikan dan diungkapkan oleh responden
    dan data yang dikumpulkan berupa kata-kata, gambar dan bukan angka-angka
    (Sugiyono, 2019). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat melihat Peran Guru Dalam
    Meningkatkan Keterampilan Sosial Siswa Tunarungu Di SLB Negeri Sragen.
    Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan, yaitu dilakukan dengan tahap
    pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara, obeservasi, dan dokumentasi. Setelah
    itu dilakukan pengujian keabsahan data dengan menggunakan Teknik triangulasi.
    Tahap selanjutnya adalah dilakukan teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dengan cara
    reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan dari penelitian. Pada bagian
    ini akan dijelaskan hasil dari penelitian dan pembahasan dalam penelitian. Hasil
    yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini disajikan dengan menggunakan penjelasan
    deskriptif. Guru telah berupaya unutuk meningkatkan keterampilan sosial siswa
    melalui penyusunan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan melaksanakan
    program-program yang mendukung peningkatan keterampilan sosial,

    Abstract
    The teacher has a position that determines success in learning, including the success
    of forming social skills. because the teacher acts as a planning for learning (learning
    designer), managing learning (learning manager), and evaluator of student learning
    (assessor of student learning achievement). This study uses a descriptive method
    that aims to provide a description, explanation, and validation of a phenomenon
    under study. This study uses a qualitative approach, namely prioritizing data
    research or the reality of the problem based on disclosing what has been explored
    and disclosed by respondents and the data collected is in the form of words, pictures
    and not numbers (Sugiyono, 2019). This study aims to be able to see the role of the
    teacher in improving the social skills of deaf students in Sragen State SLB. This
    research was conducted in several stages, namely the data collection stage by means
    of interviews, observation, and documentation. After that, the validity of the data
    was tested using the triangulation technique. The next stage is to carry out data
    analysis techniques which are carried out by means of data reduction, data
    presentation and drawing conclusions from research. In this section, the results of
    the research and discussion in the study will be explained. The results obtained in
    this study are presented using descriptive explanations. teachers have attempted to
    improve students' social skills through preparing lesson plans and implementing
    programs that support social skills improvement,
