Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu keberhasilan usaha yang dilihat dari laba para pengusaha konveksi jaket yang terus menerus mengalami penurunan dalam kurun waktu 3 bulan terakhir. Hal ini disebabkan oleh masih relatifnya pengusaha dalam menunjukkan jiwa atau perilaku kewirausahaan yang baik untuk mengelola usaha. Perilaku kewirausahaan dapat dilihat dari percaya diri, berorientasi pada tugas dan hasil, keberanian mengambil risiko, kepemimpinan, berorientasi ke masa depan, kreativitas, dan inovasi. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi objek penelitian yaitu para pengusaha konveksi jaket yang ada di Desa Margaasih, Kecamatan Margaasih, Kabupaten Bandung. Sampel sebanyak 48 orang pengusaha. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu survey eksplanatori dengan menggunakan angket sebagai alat pengumpul data dan teknik menggunakan regresi linier sederhana, dalam analisis data menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 17.00 for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh temuan bahwa variabel perilaku kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Hal ini dikarenakan perilaku kewirausahaan berada pada posisi sedang, tetapi para pengusaha memiliki sikap percaya diri, kerja keras, semangat, sabar, bersikap antisipatif, yang mereka tunjukan untuk menjalankan usaha. Selain itu para pengusaha sudah menjalankan fungsi-fungsi manajemen, mampu mengerjakan pekerjaan sesuai dengan target, selalu memperhitungkan secara cermat, hati-hati dan antisipatif akan timbulnya risiko, sering menciptakan ide dan gagasan baru melalui kreativitas dan inovasi yang dimiliki. Dengan adanya perilaku kewirausahaa yang ditunjukan atau dilakukan oleh pengusaha, maka akan berdampak terhadap keberhasilan usaha yang diperoleh oleh pengusaha. Kata Kunci : Perilaku kewirausahaan, Keberhasilan usaha, Laba The problem in this research, the success of entrepreneurship that profit from entrepreneur who have experienced rancamalang jacket convection decreased within the last 3 months. This is caused by the relative entrepreneurs in demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit or a good behavior entrepreneurial to manage the entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurial behavior can be seen from the confident, task-oriented and results, risk taking courage, leadership, oriented toward the future, creativity, and innovation. Subjects in this research, namely convection jacket rancamalang entrepreneur in the village margaasih, margaasih subdistrict, bandung regency. Sample of 48 employers or entrepreneur. The method used in this research is an explanatory survey using a questionnaire as a data collection tool and data analysis techniques using simple linear regression, the data analysis using spss 17.0 for windows’ program. Based on the research results obtained findings that entrepreneurial behavior of influential variable positive and significant impact on the success of entrepreneurship. This is because the entrepreneurial behavior at the high category, because entrepreneur have confidence, hard work, passion, patience, and be anticipatory, they show in running business. Entrepreneur already running management functions, capable of doing the work in accordance with the targets, always reckon in punctilious, cautiously and the risk of causing an, often creating new ideas and innovation through creativity and owned, creating new ideas and innovation through creativity and owned. With the entrepreneurial behavior shown or carried by entrepreneur, it will impact on success of entrepreneurship obtained by entrepreneur.
