Abstract

Penataan kinerja karyawan memerlukan penyesuaian kondisi perusahaan agar sanggup bersaing dengan perusahaan lain. Permasalahan yang ada pada perusahaan Capolista Apparel adalah sering terjadinya ketidaksesuaian antara target hasil produksi dengan hasil produksi yang ada di lapangan. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan kinerja karyawan pada UMKM Capolista Apparel, untuk mengetahui besaran pengaruh kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada UMKM Capolista Apparel, dan untuk mengetahui besaran pengaruh kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada UMKM Capolista Apparel. Objek yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah UMKM Capolista Apparel yang berada di Kabupaten Garut. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif verifikatif dengan populasi yaitu karyawan perusahaan Capolista Apparel. Jumlah anggota populasi yaitu sebanyak 15 karyawan maka teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, dimana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara serta pengisian kuesioner, yang selanjutnya data diolah mengunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi sederhana, uji t, uji f dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan perusahaan Capolista Apparel sebesar 92,9%, sedangkan sisanya yaitu 7,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini, seperti motivasi kerja, kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, kedisiplinan, dan lain-lain. Structuring employee performance requires adjusting company conditions so that they are able to compete with other companies. The problem that exists at the Capolista Apparel company is that there is often a mismatch between the production target and the production results in the field. Therefore this research aimed to find out a picture of leadership, organizational culture and employee performance at Capolista Apparel MSMEs, to find out the magnitude of the influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at UMKM Capolista Apparel, to determine the magnitude of the influence of leadership and organizational culture simultaneously on employee performance at UMKM Capolista Apparel. The object chosen in this research was the UMKM Capolista Apparel located in Garut Regency. This research method was quantitative with a descriptive verification approach with the population, namely employees of the Capolista Apparel company. The number of population members was 15 employees, so the sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population were used as samples. Data collection techniques included interviews and filling out questionnaires, then the data was processed using SPSS software. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, simple regression test, t test, f test and coefficient of determination test. The results of this research showed that leadership and organizational culture have a positive effect on the performance of Capolista Apparel company employees by 92.9%, while the remaining 7.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research, such as work motivation, compensation, work environment, discipline, and so on.
