Abstract
Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya permasalahan bullying yang terjadi di sekolah dasar dan memberikan dampak buruk terhadap peserta didik. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui tingkat bullying yang terjadi pada 78 orang peserta didik Kelas V di SD Negeri 1 Ciledug Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Gambaran umum bullying peserta didik Kelas V di SD Negeri 1 Ciledug berada pada tingkat kategori sedang; 2) semua bentuk bullying yang pernah terjadi meliputi aspek verbal, fisik, sikap, dan pemerasan dengan tingkat persentase tertinggi berada pada aspek pemerasan; 3) implikasi terhadap bimbingan pribadi-sosial berupa program bimbingan pribadi-sosial untuk mereduksi bullying pada peserta didik Kelas V di SD Negeri 1 Ciledug.Rekomendasi hasil penelitian kepada: 1) wali kelas/guru mampu menunjukkan sikap atau perilaku menentang adanya kekerasan dan menciptakan suasaan belajar yang bernuansa bimbingan; 2) peneliti selanjutnya untuk mengujicobakan program yang telah dibuat. Kata kunci: bullying, sekolah dasar, program bimbingan pribadi-sosial The research is based by high bullying problems that occurring in elementary school and giving the horrific impacts for students. The aim of research to determine level of bullying happened from 78 students on class v at SD Negeri 1 Ciledug in year 2013 / 2014. Research using quantitative approach with methods of descriptive. The result showed: 1) the general description bullying students on class V at SD Negeri 1 Ciledug in year 2013 / 2014 are a medium level category; 2) all forms of bullying that ever happened including the aspect of verbal, physical, attitude, and extortion with a level of the highest percentage is on aspect of exortion; 3) implication of personal-social guidance in the from of guidance personal-social programme to reduce bullying for students on class V at SD Negeri 1 Ciledug in year 2013/2014. Recommendations of research results to: 1 ) the guardian class/the teacher able to show attitude or behaviour opposed to hardness and creating an atmosphere learning with features guidance; 2) further research to try the program has been made.
