Abstract

Based on observation result which show that 60% students scored under minimal completeness criteria (KKM) score given. Interactive Demonstration learning method can be one of alternative learning method which can be implemented to improving students’s achievement and respond. The research method used was One Group Pretest Postest Design, implemented to 40 students. Based on the result, this research revealed that students achievement has increase in every learning session after Interactive Demonstration learning method implemented. At first session pretest GPI 38,86% (low) and GPI postest 55,45% (avarage), at second session pretest GPI 36,59% (low) postest GPI 55,67% (avarage), at third session pretest GPI 29,06% (low) and postest GPI 55,94% (avarage). For the students activity profile, motoric activity average possess percentage of 59,07% (sufficient), visual activity possess percentage of 61,46% (good), oral activity possess percentage of 64,24% (good). Students respond for positive expression, number of responden who answers “yes” is about 84,4% and “no” answer is about 15,6%, and the average percentage for negative expression, number of responden who answers “yes” is 42,5% and “no” answer is about 57,5%.
