Abstract
Adaptabilitas karir siswa memiliki peranan penting dalam penentuan karir siswa di masa depan, siswa seringkali mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan karirnya. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan siswa belum memiliki adaptabilitas karir yang baik yaitu faktor status ekonomi. Faktor status ekonomi memiliki peranan dalam menentukan adaptabilitas karir siswa. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan adaptabilitas karir berdasarkan status ekonomi pada siswa kelas XII SMA Angkasa Lanud Husein Sastranegara Tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Non Probability Sampling, dengan subyek 218 orang. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran instrumen berupa kuesioner berbentuk skala yang diadopsi dari Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) yang dikembangkan oleh Savickas dan Porfeli (2012). Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Secara umum adaptabilitas karir siswa kelas XII SMA Angkasa Lanud Husein Sastranegara tahun ajaran 2023/2024 berada pada kategori adaptif. 2) Status ekonomi keluarga kelas XII SMA Angkasa Lanud Husein Sastranegara tahun ajaran 2023/2024 berdasakan golongan kelas atas sebanyak 140 siswa, diikuti kelas menengah sebanyak 45 siswa, dan kelas bawah 33 siswa. 3) Menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi status ekonomi keluarga maka semakin tinggi pula adaptabilitas karir siswa. Begitupun sebaliknya semakin rendah status ekonomi keluarga siswa, semakin rendah pula adaptabilitas karir siswa. Student career adaptability has an important role in determining students' future careers, students often experience difficulties in determining their careers. There are several factors that cause students to not have good career adaptability, namely the economic status factor. Economic status factors have a role in determining student career adaptability. The aim of the research is to determine differences in career adaptability based on economic status in class XII students at Angkasa Lanud Husein Sastranegara High School for the 2023/2024 academic year. The approach used was quantitative with descriptive methods and a sampling technique, namely Non-Probability Sampling, with 218 subjects. Data was obtained through distributing instruments in the form of a questionnaire in the form of a scale adopted from the Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) developed by Savickas and Porfeli (2012). The research results show: 1) In general, the career adaptability of class XII students at Angkasa Lanud Husein Sastranegara High School for the 2023/2024 academic year is in the adaptive category. 2) The economic status of class XII students at Angkasa Lanud Husein Sastranegara High Scholl for the 2023/2024 academic year based on the upper class group of 140 students, followed by the middle class of 45 students, and the lower class of 33 students. 3) Shows that the higher the family's economic status, the higher the career adaptability of students. Vice versa, the lower the economic status of the student's family, the lower the student's career adaptability.
