Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk, stuktural, dan nilai estetika dalam lirik kawih yang mengandung nama tempat di Jawa Barat serta menerapkannya untuk bahan pembelajaran kawih di SMA kelas X. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik dalam mengunpulkan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik studi dokumentasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adala 12 ( dua belas) lirik kawih yang mengandung nama tempat di Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis bentuk, struktural, dan nilai estetika. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat bahwa lirik kawih yang mengandung nama tempat di Jawa Barat termasuk ke dalam puisi modern. Struktur lirik imaji yang banyak ditemui yaitu imaji taktil. Struktur lirik simbul/lambang yang banyak ditemui yaitu lambang suasana. Struktur lirik musikalitas/wirahma yang banyak ditemui menggunakan vokal a, dengan konsonan n dan ng. Struktur litik suasana yang ditemui ada gembira, rindu, senang, bahagia, dsb. Struktur lirik tema yang ditemui di antaranya mengenai bangga terhadap suatu tempat, keindahan alam, asmara, tempat wisata, karakteristik suatu tempat, dsb. Struktur gaya bahasa yang banyak ditemui dalam setiap lirik adalah gaya bahasa mijalma. Nilai estetika purwakanti yang ditemui ada 242 ( dua ratus empat puluh dua) dengan yang paling banyak ditemui adalah purwakanti maduswara. Nilai estetika gaya bahasa ada 34 (tiga puluh empat) dengan yang paling banyak ditemui adalah gaya bahasa mijalma. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, lirik kawih ini bisa dijadikan bahan pembelajaran kawih di SMA kelas X. Kata kunci: kawih; struktural; nilai estetika ABSTRACT This research aims to describe the form, structural and aesthetic values in kawih lyrics containing place names in West Java and apply them to kawih learning materials in class X high school. The approach in this research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The technique for collecting data used in this research is the documentation study technique. The data source in this research is 12 (twelve) kawih lyrics containing place names in West Java. This research focuses on analyzing form, structural and aesthetic values. Based on the research results, it is found that kawih lyrics containing the names of places in West Java are included in modern poetry. The structure of lyrical imagery that is often found is tactile imagery. The symbol/symbol lyric structure that is often found is the atmosphere symbol. The structure of musical/wirahma lyrics that is often found uses the vowel a, with the consonants n and ng. The lytic structure of the atmosphere encountered is joy, longing, joy, happiness, etc. The lyric structure of the themes found includes being proud of a place, natural beauty, romance, tourist attractions, characteristics of a place, etc. The language style structure that is often found in every lyric is the mijalma language style. There were 242 (two hundred and forty two) Purwakanti aesthetic values found, with the most frequently found being Purwakanti Maduswara. There are 34 (thirty four) aesthetic values of language styles with the most frequently found being the mijalma language style. Based on the research results, these kawih lyrics can be used as learning material for kawih in class X high schools. Keywords: kawih, structural, aesthetic value
