Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini adalah tentang bagaimana kinerja karyawan PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Regional Office Bandung. Kinerja karyawan merupakan aspek pendukung yang ikut berperan menentukan keberhasilan organisasi/perusahaan. Kinerja pegawai dapat memberi dampak peningkatan produktivitas, profitabilitas, mempertahankan karyawan, kepuasan konsumen serta keberhasilan bagi organisasi. Dari banyaknya berbagai faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai, yang menarik peneliti adalah kompetensi (X1) dan kecerdasan emosional (X2). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kompetensi, kecerdasan emosional dan kinerja karyawan di Pt. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Regional Office Bandung dan juga mengetahui pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, , dan pengaruh kemampuan dan budaya terhadap kinerja pegawai di Pt. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Regional Office Bandung Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode desktiptif dan verifikatif dengan populasi sebanyak 74 karyawan Pt Bank Rakyat Indonesia Regional Office. Bandung. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisiensi korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi berganda. Pengujan hipotesis menggunakan Uji-F dan Uji-t. The focus of this research is on how the performance of employees of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Regional Office Bandung. Employee performance is a supporting aspect that plays a role in determining the success of the organization / company. Employee performance can have an impact on increasing productivity, profitability, retaining employees, customer satisfaction and success for the organization. Of the many various factors that can affect employee performance, what attracts researchers is competence (X1) and emotional intelligence (X2). The purpose of this study was to determine the description of competence, emotional intelligence and employee performance at Pt. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Regional Office Bandung and also determine the effect on employee performance, and the effect of ability and culture on employee performance at Pt. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Regional Office Bandung. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Regional Office Bandung The research method used is descriptive and verification method with a population of 74 employees of Pt Bank Rakyat Indonesia Regional Office. Bandung. The analysis technique used is Pearson product moment correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using F-test and t-test.
