Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 memengaruhi semua sektor kehidupan dan memberikan dampak  secara langsung sehingga mendorong krisis global, salah satunya pada sektor pendidikan.  Meskipun penyebaran pandemi COVID-19 kini sudah mereda, dampak yang terjadi masih  sangat dirasakan. Pada sektor pendidikan, Guru kembali menghadapi transisi pembelajaran  online menjadi offline, hal ini tentunya dapat mempengaruhi motivasi kerja dan kinerja  guru di Sekolah. Kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin dalam organisasi pendidikan memiliki  peranan penting dalam menangani krisis tersebut. Gaya kepemimpinan servant leadership dipercaya dapat mengatasi krisis dimana kini terjadi penurunan rasa percaya Guru terhadap  keteladanan pemimpin. Servant leadership merupakan gaya kepemimpinan dimana  pemimpin berfokus untuk melayani bawahan dengan harapan agar tumbuh dengan efektif  memenuhi tujuan organisasi. Kepala sekolah yang memiliki gaya kepemimpinan servant  leadership cenderung mengutamakan pemenuhan kebutuhan Guru daripada memuaskan  kebutuhan pribadi. Penelitian dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui kontribusi servant  leadership Kepala Sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja mengajar Guru pasca  pandemi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode deskriptif dengan  pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini Guru MAN Kota Bandung yang  terdaftar secara administratif pada tahun pelajaran 2023-2024. Hasil temuan penelitian  diketahui bahwa (1) gambaran umum servant leadership Kepala Sekolah MAN Kota  Bandung pasca pandemi berada dalam kategori sangat baik; (2) gambaran umum motivasi  kerja Guru MAN Kota Bandung pasca pandemi berada pada kategori sangat baik; (3) gambaran umum kinerja Guru MAN Kota Bandung pasca pandemi berada pada kategori  sangat baik; serta (4) kontribusi servant leadership Kepala Sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja  dan Kinerja Guru MAN Kota Bandung pasca pandemi adalah adanya hubungan secara  simultan dan signifikan. The COVID-19 pandemic affects all sectors of life and has a direct impact, thus  driving a global crisis, one of which is the education sector. Although the spread of  the COVID-19 pandemic has now subsided, the impact is still being felt. In the  education sector, teachers are again facing the transition of online learning to  offline, this can certainly affect the work motivation and performance of teachers  in schools. The principal as a leader in educational organizations has an important  role in dealing with the crisis. The servant leadership style is believed to be able to  overcome the crisis where there is now a decrease in the teacher's trust in the  leader's example. Servant leadership is a leadership style in which the leader  focuses on serving subordinates with the hope of growing effectively to meet  organizational goals. Principals who have a servant leadership style tend to  prioritize meeting teacher needs rather than satisfying personal needs. The  research was carried out to find out the contribution of the school principal's  servant leadership to the work motivation and teaching performance of teachers  after the pandemic. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with  a quantitative approach. The sample in this study is MAN Kota Bandung teachers  who are administratively registered for the 2023-2024 school year. The results of  the research findings show that (1) the general description of the post-pandemic  servant leadership of the Principal of the MAN Kota Bandung is in the very good  category; (2) a general description of the post-pandemic work motivation of MAN  Teachers in Bandung City is in the very good category; (3) an overview of the post- pandemic performance of MAN Kota Bandung Teachers is in the very good  category; and (4) the contribution of the servant leadership of the school principal  to work motivation and post-pandemic performance of MAN Kota Bandung Teachers is that there is a simultaneous and significant relationship.
