Abstract
Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kepuasan kerja pegawai pada transformasi Balai Besar Guru Penggerak Provinsi Jawa Barat, mengatahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja pegawai Balai Besar Guru Penggerak Provinsi Jawa Barat, serta merumuskan strategi peningkatan kepuasan kerja pegawai Balai Besar Guru Penggerak Provinsi Jawa Barat. Teori yang digunakan yakni teori dari Fred Luthans mengenai dimensi kepuasan kerja yang mencakup pekerjaan itu sendiri, gaji, promosi, pengawasan, rekan kerja, dan kondisi kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Adapun penentuan responden menggunakan teknik bola salju (snowball sampling). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Data yang telah diperoleh dianalisis secara komprehensif melalui tiga langkah yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sebagai salah satu upaya menyusun tulisan yang bersifat ilmiah dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan keabsahannya maka dilakukan uji kredibilitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pegawai kepuasan kerja pegawai didapatkan dari dimensi pekerjaan itu sendiri, gaji, pengawasan, rekan kerja, dan kondisi kerja. Apabila mengacu pada dimensi yang dikemukakan Fred Luthans terkait pekerjaan itu sendiri, maka pegawai mendapatkan kepuasan kerja, tetapi apabila mengacu pada tupoksi pekerjaan setiap pegawai maka pegawai belum mendapatkan kepuasan kerja. Selain itu, dari dimensi promosi pegawai juga belum mendapatkan kepuasan kerja sehingga perlu dirumuskan strategi-strategi peningkatan kepuasan kerja. The focus of this research is to determine employee job satisfaction at the transformation of the West Java Provincial Teacher Training Center, to know the factors that affect employee job satisfaction at the West Java Provincial Teacher Training Center, and to formulate strategies to increase employee job satisfaction at the West Java Provincial Teacher Training Center. The theory used is the theory of Fred Luthans regarding the dimensions of job satisfaction which includes the job itself, salary, promotion, supervision, coworkers, and working conditions. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The determination of respondents used the snowball sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation, and documentation study. The data that has been obtained is analyzed comprehensively through three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. As an effort to compile a scientific writing that can be accounted for its validity, a credibility test is carried out. The results of this study indicate that employee job satisfaction is obtained from the dimensions of the job itself, salary, supervision, coworkers, and working conditions. When referring to the dimensions put forward by Fred Luthans related to the job itself, employees get job satisfaction, but when referring to the job duties of each employee, employees have not received job satisfaction. In addition, from the dimension of promotion, employees also do not get job satisfaction so it is necessary to formulate strategies to increase job satisfaction.
