Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze how much influence tourist attraction attributes have on visitor satisfaction in Dunia Fantasi. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. Data collection was carried out in this study by distributing questionnaires to respondents, with a total sample of 164 people. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling with the respondent population being visitors who have visited Dunia Fantasi. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the attributes of tourist attractions which consist of cleanliness of the park, control of lines/queues, family atmosphere, fun atmosphere, nice scenery and surroundings, food, shows, rides in general, service standards, souvenirs and merchandise, overall price in general is in the high or good category, and for visitor satisfaction is in the high or good category. In this study, the contribution value of touristattraction attributes to visitor satisfaction is 47.1%. The results showed that the attributes of tourist attraction have an influence on visitor satisfaction.
