Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini didasarkan pada salah satu alternatif bentuk pembelajaran yang dapat dilakukan pada masa darurat Covid-19 adalah pembelajaran online. Penggunaan teknologi internet dan multimedia dapat merombak cara penyampaian pengetahuan dan dapat menjadi alternatif pembelajaran yang dilakukan di ruang kelas konvensional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh pembelajaran online terhadap kemampuan komunikasi peserta didik di SMP Negeri 10 Bandung. Berdasarkan pengalaman mengajar, akhir-akhir ini banyak keluhan dari peserta didik dan orang tua. Sebanyak 120 tanggapan tercatat terkait keluhan selama pembelajaran online. Keluhan yang paling sering adalah kurangnya kemampuan komunikasi peserta didik selama proses pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei deskriptif. Hasil rumusan masalah pertama, dapat digambarkan bahwa hasil perhitungan pembelajaran online berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan komunikasi peserta didik. Kemudian pada rumusan masalah kedua, hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan perhitungan Uji Signifikansi Parameter Individual (Uji Statistik t), menunjukkan bahwa model persamaan regresi dalam perkiraan peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi peserta didik yang dipengaruhi oleh pembelajaran online. Untuk rumusan masalah yang ketiga pembelajaran online berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan komunikasi peserta didik, dapat memberikan motivasi bagi para peserta didik untuk lebih meningkatkan lagi keterampilan komunikasi yang dimiliki. Adanya hasil yang berpengaruh ini tentunya dari suatu pengalaman atau tindakan yang telah dilakukan dan dialami responden. Karena hasil perhitungan hanya dilakukan satu variabel dari pembelajaran online, masih diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut yang dapat dilakukan di masa mendatang tentang apa itu keterampilan komunikasi. The use of internet and multimedia technology can overhaul the way knowledge is delivered and can be an alternative to learning carried out in conventional classrooms. The purpose of this study is to describe the influence of online learning on the communication skills of students at SMP Negeri 10 Bandung. Based on teaching experience, lately there have been many complaints from students and parents. A total of 120 responses were recorded regarding complaints during online learning. The most frequent complaint is the lack of communication skills of learners during the learning process. The method used in this study is quantitative. The research used is a descriptive survey. The results of the first problem formulation, it can be illustrated that the results of online learning calculations affect the communication skills of students. Then in the formulation of the second problem, the results of research that has been carried out the calculation of the Individual Parameter Significance Test (Statistical Test t), show that the regression equation model in the estimate of improving the communication skills of students is influenced by online learning. For the third problem formulation, online learning affects the communication skills of students, can provide motivation for students to further improve their communication skills. The existence of this influential result is certainly from an experience or action that has been done and experienced by respondents. Since the results of calculations are only one variable from online learning, further research is still needed that can be done in the future about what communication skills are.
