Abstract

This research aims to investigate the advantages and disadvantages perceived by teaching staff during online learning activities, delve into the implementation of budget allocation concerning teaching staff, analyze the impact on teaching staff productivity, and establish correlations between these issues. The study was conducted at Prima International Tourism Polytechnic using a qualitative approach. The research results identified diverse perspectives expressed by teaching staff regarding online learning. Significant transformations were observed in the advantages, disadvantages, and budget allocation for online learning activities, while teaching staff productivity was also influenced by the transition to online education. In conclusion, this research provides crucial insights into the dynamics of educational changes resulting from online learning and underscores the need for adjustments in teaching approaches and prudent budget allocation in this new era of education.
