Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang sangat pesat, pendidikan harus mampu berkembang sesuai dengan kemajuan teknologi saat ini. Proses pembelajaran harus mampu memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi dalam upaya meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengembangkan suatu produk yaitu media audiovisual animasi berbasis proses menulis yang layak digunakan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu metode D&D (Design and Development) model Product and Tool Research Tipe 1 yang mencakup empat tahap, yaitu analysis, design and product development, validation of tool or technique, dan product eveluation. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pengembangan, disusun tiga media audiovisual animasi berbasis proses menulis yang terdiri dari tiga set media audiovisual dengan judul berbeda di dalamnya. Kemudian, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil penilaian produk oleh ahli media dikategorikan ”sangat layak” pada aspek kelayakan kualitas teknis dan kualitas tampilan. Hasil penilaian produk oleh ahli materi dikategorikan ”sangat layak” pada aspek kualitas teknis dan desain, dan hasil penilaian produk oleh ahli bahasa dikategorikan ”sangat layak” pada aspek kebahasaan. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan respons guru dan peserta didik, media audiovisual animasi berbasis proses menulis memperoleh kategori “sangat layak” berdasarkan kualitas isi/materi dan kualitas media. Maka dari itu, media audiovisual animasi berbasis proses menulis yang dikembangkan sangat layak digunakan oleh pengajar dan murid pada jenjang sekolah dasar kelas IV dalam mendukung proses belajar mengajar digital. -------- This research is motivated by the very rapid development of science and technology, education must be able to develop in accordance with current technological advances. The learning process must be able to utilize technological advances in an effort to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of learning. The aim of this research is to describe and develop a product, namely an animated audiovisual media based on the writing process that is suitable for use. The research method used is the D&D (Design and Development) method, Product and Tool Research Type 1 model, which includes four stages, namely analysis, design and product development, validation of tool or technique, and product evaluation. Based on the results of research and development, three animated audiovisuals based on the writing process were prepared, consisting of three sets of audiovisuals media with different titles in them. Then, the research results showed that the results of the product assessment by media experts were categorized as "very feasible" in terms of technical quality and appearance quality. The results of the product assessment by material experts were categorized as "very feasible" in terms of technical quality and design, and the results of product assessments by linguists were categorized as "very feasible" in the linguistic aspect. Furthermore, based on the responses of teachers and students, the animated audiovisual media based on the writing process received the "very worthy" category based on the quality of the content/material and the quality of the media. Therefore, the animated audiovisual media based on the writing process that was developed is very suitable for use by teachers and students at the fourth grade elementary school level to support the digital teaching and learning process.
