Abstract
The background of this research is the development of the industrial revolution 4.0. One of the sectors that has received the focus of attention and strategic intervention points from the development of the industrial revolution 4.0 is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The real form of the MSME Level Up training program in 2023 in Greater Bandung. The formulation of the research problem focuses on 3 things, namely: (1) the empirical conditions of MSME actors after participating in the MSME Level Up program, (2) Design of the MSME mentoring model that has been implemented, (3) Conceptualization of the validity of the MSME mentoring model. This research uses mixed methods with a sample of 37 MSME actors in descriptive quantitative research and 4 respondents in qualitative research. The results of this research show that the knowledge and attitude aspects obtained high results, but the skills aspects obtained moderate results. For this reason, formulations are needed in the form of mentoring activities as a form of strengthening after training activities. There are 4 MSME mentoring model designs that have been implemented and used as a reference in developing the model in this research. From the preferences of these 4 models, the results obtained are the conceptualization of the Integrated Digital Literacy Assistance Model for MSMEs (IDEAL) which consists of 5 stages, namely: (1) analysis of characteristics and identification of problems, (2) categorization of MSMEs, (3) assessment needs, (4) implementation stage, (5) final stage. There were 4 respondents who validated the conceptualization of the MSME mentoring model with the results of good model validity, very good practicality, and very good effectiveness. The input from respondents is that the model must be accompanied by performance, it is recommended that the model determine the characteristics of the companion, and formulate an instrument for the companion's guidance so that the stages of the model can be realized well.
