Abstract

INVENTARISASI WARISAN BUDAYA GASTRONOMI SEBAGAI DAYA TARIK DI KOTA SERANG BANTEN Henida Garniz Anugraheni 1909253 ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui potensi wisata gastronomi yang ada di Kota Serang kemudian merancang potensi pemetaan digital dan pola perjalanan wisata gastronomi di Kota Serang dan mencapai tujuan akhir dengan hasil sesuai dengan tahapan tahapan yang telah direncanakan. Penelitian ini juga ditujukan sebagai saran kepada pemerintah agar dapat menjadikan Kota Serang sebagai salah satu destinasi wisata gastronomi di Banten. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif analisis deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, studi pustaka, dan studi dokumentasi dan menggunakan alat pengumpulan data berupa pedoman wawancara. Hasil penelitian tersebut dianalisis menggunakan komponen gastronomi pada makanan lokal yang ada di Kota Serang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa potensi wisata gastronomi di Kota Serang dapat dikembangkan menjadi suatu daya tarik wisata berupa sebuah pemetaan digital dan pola perjalanan wisata dengan memperhatikan beberapa faktor yang harus dikembangkan. Adapun rekomendasi yang diharapkan agar dibulat paket khusus, pemetaan digital, serta pola perjalanan mengenai wisata gastronomi yang ada di Kota Serang, dan khususnya pemerintah dapat memasarkan wisata gastronomi berupa paket wisata yang dipromosikan pada website Exciting Banten baik dengan seluruh pihak yang terlibat serta mendukung fasilitas yang dibutuhkan untuk pelaku usaha kuliner yang terlibat didalam wisata gastronomi. This research is also intended as a suggestion to the government to make Serang City one of the gastronomic tourism destinations in Banten. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis method with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, literature study and documentation study and using data collection tools in the form of interview guides. The results of this research were analyzed using the gastronomic components of local food in Serang City. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the potential for gastronomic tourism in Serang City can be developed into a tourist attraction in the form of digital mapping and tourist travel patterns by taking into account several factors that must be developed. The recommendations are expected to include special packages, digital mapping, and travel patterns regarding gastronomic tourism in Serang City, and in particular the government can market gastronomic tourism in the form of tour packages promoted on the Exciting Banten website both with all parties involved and supporting the facilities provided. needed for culinary business actors involved in gastronomic tourism.
