Abstract

Ghina Afiifah Safiinatunnajah (1806781), Peranan Perpustakaan dalam Membantu Menulis Kreatif Santriwati di Markaz Al-Zamil Pesantren Al-Ma’tuq, Program Studi Perpustakaan dan Sains Informasi, Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, 2023. Pengadaan perpustakaan sejatinya mesti sejalan dengan tujuan lembaga pendidikan, yang salah satunya adalah membantu peserta didik dalam menulis kreatif. Hal ini pun berlaku di lembaga pendidikan pesantren. Penyelenggaraan kegiatan belajar di Markaz Al-Zamil seperti pesantren pada umumnya, yaitu jadwal kegiatan peserta didik menjadi lebih padat dikarenakan berperan aktif menjadi seorang santriwati yang melaksanakan kegiatan keagamaan dengan lebih mendalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memaparkan peranan perpustakaan pesantren Markaz Al-Zamil dalam membantu menulis kreatif di kalangan santriwati. Maka dari itu metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar kajian yang didapatkan dari suatu fenomena bersifat komprehensif, yang berarti peneliti dapat menerima data dengan luas dan lengkap. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi oleh peneliti sebagai instrumen penelitian utama. Agar dapat menguji keabsahan data, penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi berupa triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perpustakaan Markaz Al-Zamil memiliki peran dalam membantu menulis kreatif santriwati yaitu dengan adanya program kegiatan menulis kreatif berupa kompetisi menulis cerpen, pengadaan bahan pustaka efektif yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan menulis kreatif, dan fasilitas interaksi yang membantu keterampilan menulis kreatif pada santriwati, walaupun dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat beberapa kendala dan belum terlaksana secara maksimal. As Islamic boarding schools in general, namely the schedule of student activities becomes more compact due to their active role as a female student who carries out religious activities in more depth. This study aims to determine and describe the role of Markaz Al-Zamil’s library in helping creative writing skills among female students. The method used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. This is intended so that the studies obtained from a phenomenon are comprehensive, which means that researchers can receive extensive and complete data. The data collection used is observation, interviews, and documentation studies by researchers as the main research instruments, and to be able to test the validity of the data, this study used triangulation in the form of triangulation of sources and methods. The results of this study indicate that Markaz Al-Zamil’s library has a role in helping female students creative writing skills by having programs creative writing activities in the form of a short story writing competition at the junior high school level, procurement of effective library materials related to creative writing, and facilities that can help creative writing skills for female students by using some interactions activity, although in practice there are several obstacles and have not been implemented optimally.
