Abstract

Ratu Akhlika Sholihat 1906677 Pengaruh Model Experiential Learning Terhadap Hasil Belajar Ekonomi Dengan Motivasi Belajar Sebagai Moderasi (Survey pada Kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru) Di Bawah Bimbingan: Prof. Dr. Dra. Hj. Janah Sojanah, M.Si Dr. Muhamad Arief Ramdhany, S.Pd., S.S., M.Pd ABSTRAK Penerapan model experiential learning berdampak besar terhadap proses dan hasil pembelajaran siswa di SMA. Dampaknya lebih besar dengan adanya motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh penerapan model experiential learning terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi dengan motivasi belajar sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kuesioner sebagai instrumen utama untuk mengumpulkan data dari 92 siswa Kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru dari total 121 populasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui Google Forms dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan model experiential learning dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi (materi perpajakan). Motivasi belajar memoderasi pengaruh experiential learning terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah penekanan pada pentingnya meningkatkan penerapan Model Experiential Learning dalam pengajaran ekonomi. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini adalah ketika siswa memiliki motivasi belajar yang tinggi, maka pengaruh positif dari pengalaman belajar langsung akan lebih terasa dalam meningkatkan pemahaman, sikap, dan perilaku siswa dalam pembelajaran ekonomi (materi perpajakan). The impact is greater with the motivation to learn. This study analyzes the effect of applying the experiential learning model to economic learning with learning motivation as a moderating variable. This study used a quantitative approach and a questionnaire as the main instrument to collect data from 92 students of Class XI IPS SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru from a total of 121 population. Data was collected via Google Forms and analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that applying the experiential learning model and learning motivation positively affected economic learning (taxation material). Learning motivation moderates the effect of experiential learning on economic learning. The implication of this research is the emphasis on the importance of increasing the application of the Experiential Learning Model in teaching economics. The novelty of this study is that when students have high learning motivation, the positive influence of direct learning experience will be more pronounced in increasing students' understanding, attitudes, and behavior in economics learning (taxation material).
