Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena mengenai fasilitas hotel di Patuha Resort Ciwidey yang masih kurang optimal. Bagi setiap pelaku usaha akomodasi keputusan menginap adalah salah satu hal yang penting untuk mencapai tujuan dari sebuah perusahaan, karena jika fenomena mengenai keputusan menginap ini dibiarkan terus menerus maka akan menimbulkan penurunan berupa pembelian produk bagi perusahaan. Tinggi rendahnya keputusan menginap dapat dilihat dari berbagai faktor, salah satunya yang menarik adalah fasilitas hotel. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis hubungan fasilitas hotel terhadap keputusan menginap di Patuha Resort Ciwidey, mengidentifikasi tingkat keputusan menginap terhadap fasilitas di Patuha Resort Ciwidey. Dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang menggunakan software IBM SPSS Statistic 26, untuk menganalisis variabel penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner kepada 150 responden yang merupakan tamu yang sudah pernah menginap di Patuha Resort Ciwidey. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah korelassi spearman-rho. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas hotel berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menginap. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini bahwa Patuha Resort Ciwidey perlu meningkatkan fasilitas hotel untuk meningkatkan keputusan tamu untuk menginap. Kata Kunci: Fasilitas Hotel, Keputusan Menginap, Hotel Patuha Resort Ciwidey This research is motivated by the phenomenon regarding hotel facilities at Patuha Resort Ciwidey which are still not optimal. For every accommodation business actor the decision to stay is one of the important things to achieve the goals of a company, because if the phenomenon regarding the decision to stay is allowed to continue it will cause a decrease in product purchases for the company. The high and low decision to stay can be seen from various factors, one of which is interesting is the hotel facilities. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of hotel facilities on the decision to stay at Patuha Resort Ciwidey, identify the level of decision to stay for the facilities at Patuha Resort Ciwidey. In this study, using a quantitative method using IBM SPSS Statistics 26 software, to analyze research variables. The data collection method used in this study was by distributing questionnaires to 150 respondents who were guests who had stayed at Patuha Resort Ciwidey. The data analysis technique in this study is the Spearman-Rho correlation. The results of this study indicate that hotel facilities have a positive and significant effect on the decision to stay. The implication of the results of this study is that Patuha Resort Ciwidey needs to improve hotel facilities to increase guest decisions to stay.
