Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul "Pengaruh Kompetensi Pengelolaan Pembelajaran Widyaiswara Terhadap Efektivitas Pembelajaran Di BBPPMPV BMTI (Studi Efektivitas Pembelajaran Pelatihan Manajerial Kepala SMK Di BBPPPMPV BMTI)". Tujuan dari penelitian ini secara umum untuk mengetahui dan memperoleh gambaran mengenai Pengaruh Kompetensi Pengelolaan Pembelajaran Widyaiswara Terhadap Efektivitas Pembelajaran Pelatihan Manajerial Kepala SMK Di BBPPMPV BMTI. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode dekskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner tertutup pada 52 responden. Hasil perhitungan Weight Means Score dengan bantuan Microsoft Excel dan SPSS 29.0 for windows, menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pengelolaan pembelajaran widyaiswara berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan rata-rata skor 3,52 dan efektivitas pembelajaran berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan rata-rata skor 3,46. Berdasarkan uji korelasi antara variabel X dan Y didapatkan nilai 0,704 dan termasuk pada kategori tingkat hubungan “kuat”. Hasil uji determinasi didapatkan bahwa variabel X berpengaruh sebesar 49,5% terhadap variabel Y dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Kemudian hasil uji signifikansi diperoleh nilai 7,003 > 2,009 artinya Ha diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X dan variabel Y. Hasil analisis regresi diperoleh persamaan Y = 18,364 + 0,761X yang artinya setiap penambahan poi variabel X maka akan diikuti dengan perubahan variabel sebesar 0,761. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Kompetensi Pengelolaan Pembelajaran Widyaiswara Terhadap Efektivitas Pembelajaran Pelatihan Manajerial Kepala SMK Di BBPPMPV BMTI. ABSTRACT This research is entitled "The Influence of Widyaiswara Learning Management Competence on Learning Effectiveness at BBPPMPV BMTI (Study of Learning Effectiveness of Managerial Training of Vocational High Schoool Principal in BBPPPMPV BMTI)". The purpose of this study in general is to find out and obtain an overview of the Effect of Learning Management Competence on the Effectiveness of Widyaiswara Learning Managerial Training for Vocational High School in BBPPMPV BMTI. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using questionnaires or closed questionnaires on 52 respondents. The results of calculating the Weight Means Score with the help of Microsoft Excel and SPSS 29.0 for windows, show that the widyaiswara learning management competence is in the very good category with an average score of 3.52 and learning effectiveness is in the very good category with an average score of 3.46. Based on the correlation test between the X and Y variables, a value of 0.704 was obtained and it was included in the "strong" relationship level category. The results of the determination test found that the X variable had an effect of 49.5% on the Y variable and the rest was influenced by other factors. Then the results of the significance test obtained a value of 7.003 > 2.009 meaning that Ha is accepted so that it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between variables X and variable Y. The results of the regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 18.364 + 0.761X, which means that each additional point of variable X will be followed by a change variable of 0.761. The conclusion from this study is that there is a positive and significant influence between Widyaiswara Learning Management Competence on the Effectiveness of Learning Managerial Training for Vocational High School Principal in BBPPMPV BMTI.
